If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I'm typically am not one to write reviews on places, however based on the actions that occurred when I visited this establishment, I could not help but put this out there. I had walked in 30 min before they had closed along with my friend we had planned to get one rolled ice cream to share as we knew that they would be closing soon and we didn't want to trouble them for much as we understand that closing a store can be a hassle. When we had walked in we took a min to glance at the menu and the worker had asked if we were ready to order to which we stated we needed another minute. We were openly talking about what rolled ice cream and discussing out loud what flavor we wanted, when the worker had stated that they would no longer be serving rolled cream for the remainder of the night as they had already turned off the machine. While my friend and I were saddened we understood and proceeded to ordered one crepe instead without any issues. Ten minutes after we placed our order two people had walked in and proceed to order, my friend and I then overheard the two customers order rolled ice cream and the worker proceeded to take the order without any hesitation, instead of informing them that the ice cream machine will no longer be in service for the remainder of the night. This was an unfair and uncalled for as we had arrived earlier with enough time to place one order of rolled ice cream. If you plan on visiting this location I suggest you prepare yourself to be treated unfairly to the other customers. I'm not sure if this was due to race or simply poor management, but I suggest maybe visiting the other location. Avoid this place...

DO NOT GO TO TOMS RIVER BUBBLES 07. Ordered 2 bubble teas for my girlfriend and I. The boba was straight undercooked and chewy, but the worst part of the drink was that there were sugar/powder clumps that tasted like straight sand. I bit down and it literally hurt my tooth so bad. I decided to call them and explain the situation and they were nothing but rude and unapologetic. Was told that the only way to get my money back was to physically bring the drink back to the store. I was already almost home when I actually tried the drink and they made me drive all the way back. They probably thought I wouldn’t drive back so they could keep the money. I come to bubbles 07 regularly and spend probably like $50 a week on bubble tea. However the TOMS RIVER location is absolutely terrible. Something is always off about the drink, but today was the final straw. When I went back into the store, I explained the situation to the lady and kindly asked for another drink to be made as well as a refund, to compensate for my wasted time and for my inconvenience. The lady then started to argue with me and slammed the sliding door in my face. I’ve never seen so much disrespect for customers. She basically closed the door in my face and thought “I don’t need you, I’m still going to make money from others.” I spend so much money here every week, and this isn’t about the money, it’s about the principles of owning up to your mistake and making things right. (BUBBLES 07 IN BRICK HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEST DRINKS. IF YOH WANT BUBBLE TEA GO THERE AND NOT TOMS RIVER.)...

Wish I had gone here sooner , this place is too good it like makes me want to sing with joy about how beautifully made their crepes and ice creme is. First off the crepes are all gluten free and like amazing . They have lunch dinner and dessert crepes. I also got vegan vanilla ice creme from them with lychee smashed into it and fresh blue Berry's, strawberries, coconut, and peanut butter on top which they made right in front of me fresh, my mouth waters just thinking about how light and fresh it was just excellent and addicting, I have to go back to this place asap. I got a chicken teriyaki crepe which i scoffed down and a crab crepe which was like a spicey crab salad inside the crepe.
