THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIMES..... my fiance and me had a very busy and long drive back home and our order was super messed up. We spent $40 plus dollars and ordered on 3/14/2022 the time was 11:00 pm more than 95% of the order was incorrect. The only two things that were right right in the order was the drink and the crunch wrap supreme. All of the other items were not what we had ordered and confirmed on the screen. The food that we came home with was not even worth the value that we spent. We were just too tired to go back and knew that there would not be a manager to talk to at this time to rectify this situation. We're home with an order we did not want, save yourself and check the order before you leave since these overpaid employees can't get the order right. If they want to make more money they need to do the orders right. I guarantee corporate would be very displeased about the lack of customer service and satisfaction level. Read moreUsed the App to order a meal, but didn't realize the order went to a different taco bell. I was stuck an hour away without a car and unable to get to the other taco bell for a couple hours. They were unable to cancel it and refused to remake the hours old meal and drinks when I asked what I could do, and told me I had to go through the customer service on the app to be able to get my meal. 5 hours after that I hadn't received any updates from them, I sent another one simply asking for a refund since at this point, I had to go elsewhere to eat, didn't get my meal, and didnt get even an answer onto what was going on. I have received no response, no email, no refund. I'm very disappointed in the company in general for not even offering a response as to what was going on in this situation even a month after it occurred, but even more so in the store that couldn't just remake the hours old food due to the crazy situation the app helped...

I don't understand why the two morons didn't understand what I was talking about. But they ignored me after I explained to them that I needed them to exchange what I had for a nacho box. They served 2 people lobby side and the girl was starting on a third. The manager finally saw me waiting there and came to ask me what I was doing there. I've never had such a horrible experience at taco Bell. You fix mistakes before you do anything else. Even if she didn't feel responsible for fixing her coworker's mistake, you inform someone.
