First, an apology to the folks at Samara for not visiting sooner! Next, I would imagine folks should be lined up trying to visit! Friends and neighbors if you are tired of the "same ol thing"...Try them! My girlfriend had falafels and hummus, and stuffed grape leaves. I never had falafels or grape leaves...wow! I had grilled meat platter. it was amazing! Such interesting and satisfying flavors. My gal had a Veggie platter so she could eat her hummus. the salad was a delight, someplace else would have thrown some lettuce and tomato Samara makes a great fresh delicious salad. You know you have a chance to have some excellent fare At a very fair price! the dining is a bit cafeteria, very casual. We are musicians and enjoyed the music they played. What a find! Stopped in and had the chicken over rice - which was green herbed rice Iraqi style I think Good portion and everything was fresh the salad cool and crisp with the right splash of vinegar the pita warm and soft And the presentation was excellent as well Plate come with 2 sauces ( toom and harrisa?) Im super disapointed the guy that was at the counter didnt know what he was doing and took a long time to take our order we ordered a gyro combo with onion rings and another gyro with no side it came out to almost 30 dollars and the gyros werent good there were no lettuce no tomatoe and no onions you know what comes on gyros the meat was super chewy and over cooked and barely any meat on the gyros my bf came here a few days ago and they were completely different i said to my bf i dont want to come back there again we will be sticking...
