Asked for a brownie batter blizzard with oreos and extra peanut butter sauce. I watch him put 1 small pump of pb in it. He hands it to me, I taste it, basically no peanut butter, go ask if I can have more and he refuses and says he didn't charge me for it. I looked at the screen when he rang it up he charged me for the orders and sauce.
Lying old man will never get more business from us! We get these things once in a while and it ruins the experience when you don't get what you want and the person behind the counter refuses to correct it for you.....
You just lost customers over a squirt of peanut butter!!!

Edit- i asked for a refund and he basically refused saying that I never asked for extra peanut butter until he was pumping it, insinuating that im trying to scam him for a pump of peanut butter LOL. After bringing my 2 blizzards home and digging through them, 2 pieces of banana and 2 tiny pieces of pineapple were in each of them. I asked for strawberries too, and not one strawberry was in either. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream, I could have gotten a Frosty at Wendy's for half the price. This is not the only time this has happened, but it is the first time I am publicly complaining about it. Also, the girl working the register had no personality...no emotions at all. It seemed as though we were inconveniencing her. Maybe it is her first job, or it was her first day on the job, so that could explain that aspect of my experience. However, any time I have gone there, I have never met anyone personable. The food service industry is not only based on good product but also based on employees who make customers feel like they are not a bother.
