It's a shame, because the food is great and portion sizes are large... BUT BEWARE!!!!! The customer service ruins everything. They have missed an entree or appetizer from each of our last three orders. We are currently waiting over 35 minutes for a redelivery of a simple pasta dish--they left off penne vodka and a salad this time.

UPDATE: after being apologized to and told that the order was being sent out, we received nothing. I called back again after over 40 more minutes. The girl told me they didn't have my address on file--how were they supposed to resend the dish. I was irate and demanded my money back. One person ended up having to eat McDonald's that night.

Our neighbors say they've called to speak to the owner before, but the owner(s) don't seem to care. Don't bother. We will NEVER eat from there again.

Online order placed before 5:00 PM. Order came to the house at 5:40, placed call at 5:44 to inform them a dish was missing. They said they would send it out. Called back at 6:21, was told they didn't have our address on file so they never sent the driver back, but would remake the dish now. So why tell me at 5:44 you're sending it back out if you magically don't have our address anymore? Why not call me back to tell me you lost my address? Food finally showed up after 8PM.

An absolute joke of a customer...

If you haven't gone here yet, you are missing out!!! This place deserves every star on this review. We reserved their establishment for a private party. Considering we only gave them about a weeks notice, I wasnt expecting the service/food we received. The food was great! They handled all of our orders with ease and delivered all within minutes of each other. The appetizers were presented well and tasted even better. The assorted meat/cheese platter and fried calamari were incredible. We didnt have the pizza but all the dinner platters were huge and delicious. Chicken Francaise, Eggplant Parm and Veal Saltimbocca. We all had a choice of pasta as a side as well. Now to the staff. Ava and Sabrina were on top of everything from the second we reached out to them. They even provided their cell #s to use during the lead up to the party if we had any questions/concerns. Everyone was blown away by the attention they gave all of us and we never felt rushed. These 2 were incredible!!
