Wawa — Restaurant in Toms River

I will never order from this wawa again. Worst experience of my life. The woman crystal, who was making my food, milkshake, and cookie, had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I told her, they forgot my cookie, she responds with well its your fault, you didn't order it. Then why still looking in the soup bag for it, the only bag of food from there, I dropped the roll on the ground and she walks away mumbling something nasty as she scurried away, so she didn't have to deal with customer service, like OMG, you mean preparing someones food means I have to respect the customer. Who would of thought. Luckily enough another worker and a manager Chris walked up, he gave me my money back for the order, but after working a 13 hour day, I went home still starving, being blamed for a later discovered computer glitch that the manager told me about, and feeling like this woman crystal treated me so nasty, it left an awful taste in my mouth, and will never order food from here again. So just to reiterate, she made the absolute worst milkshake, gave the soup back it was barely warm, never got a cookie, roll fell on the floor, and all of that was my fault ? Been going here since 2004 and now I don't know what happened, but the store got an upgrade inside while there employees attitude and poor attempt to reconcile the situation went out the door when this lady couldn't even accept that her negligence and poor attitude and demeanor made the situation 10 times worse. I was parked at this wawa at 2302 NJ-37, Toms River, NJ 08753. I was there maybe 3 or 4 minutes. I was getting ready to leave when a skinny employee with curly hair came out and asked me if i was going to be there a while. I told him i was leaving in a minute or 2. Instead of "Ok sir have a good day", this kid went on to tell me that if the wawa truck came and i was still there that it would just back into my bike and they don't care and their insurance wont cover it. Very rude. Especially considering the fact i had already said i was leaving in a minute. I was parked in a regular yellow line parking space with no sign saying you couldnt park there for any reason. I dont see why it was necessary to tell me that the WaWa truck will come and hit my bike and they wont care. If i was already leaving, there was no reason to add all of that. He also claimed I wasnt supposed to be parked in that spot but there was no sign or marking. So I am not sure how i couldve known that. I park there all the time. Just unnecessary rudeness. People don't know how to talk to people. "Oh youre leaving sir? Have a good day..." NOT .. "If you dont leave a wawa truck will hit your bike and we dont care." If any truck hits my bike, idc if its a wawa truck or any other truck, their insurance will be paying. To think otherwise is just ignorant of the employee and rude to even mention it...

Went to just get breakfast with my family while driving home. We are not from New Jersey and we were talking about the differences between Jersey and our state.
