Decided to try this on our way through town and will never come back to try again. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. It was a seat yourself place, we found spots outside and after 20 minutes of nobody coming up to us, I go inside to find the hostess. I waited there about 8 minutes while servers and bar tenders walked around me not even making eye contact with me or acknowledging me when I tried to talk to them. I finally found some menus that another customer had come back and returned. Went back outside decided on some food and waited another 10-15 and nobody came. The waitress was there but was so focused on this one other table outside that she didn’t look our direction. I go back inside and finally had to stop someone from walking around me to ask them where we order, if she comes to us..or if we order inside.. and she told me to go back outside and tell the waitress we were ready to order then kept walking. I go back out and do not see her so I sit and wait again. she comes out continuing to wait on the one table, I tried to get her attention but she refused to look at us but clearly knew we were there. we wait again another 10-15 minutes before I finally have to stand up and and say excuse me, at which point she looks over gives me the ā€œhold on a minuteā€ finger and continues on her way inside. We left 5 minutes later when she still had not come to see us. We were there a total of almost an hour. Not once did anyone introduce themselves, greet us, give us even just waters while we waited. We had to really go out of our way just for them to acknowledge us. Such a disappointment, as it was dog friendly and the menu looked good but we did not even get to try a drink while there. I really hope this finds them and can lead to some customer service training which may help keep someone else from experiencing...

We seated ourselves as the sign indicated to do. More than once the server looked right at us and never said anything. Usually we get a "I'll be right with you" or "give me a couple of minutes." Nothing. We were on the verge of getting up to leave when she finally came over with menus.

Since we heard her say they were short-staffed, we decided to order something easy....the baked potato with smoked meat and other toppings. It took much longer than expected to get our food. When we did, it was only warm. It was disappointing, especially since we had recommendations for a couple of other places to eat in Tonopah. At least my man enjoyed his beer.

One other thing, two gentlemen came in and our server told them it was going to take about 35-45 minutes to get served. They left. Shortly after a couple came in and asked us a question. We shared with them what she had told the guys. However, when she went to their table, she didn't say anything to them and took an order. ā€

By the time we were getting ready to leave, a third person finally showed up to help them. Although by then the rush appeared to be over.

Clearly we were disappointed in our experience, but we managed to get both our beers for free with the entree purchase from our Yelp check-in which is why we chose them over the other recommendations...

So much potential and beer quality wasted by disorganized management. The restaurant functions with a pre-order cashier. It seems, however, that for a beer specialty place, that may not be the best choice, as a gentleman that was ahead of us in line was actually waiting, frustrated, to order a second round for his table. At a brewery, it may be a better option to have waiters taking orders? Anyway, we made our order at 6.30pm (two decent burgers and two EXCELLENT beers) and eventually got our burgers almost 1h later (yes, I am serious). As a customer, I am no management advisor, but it seems to me inappropriate that a staff was serenely chatting with customers at the corner of the counter acting like the boss (so, probably he was) while the only waitress was doing what was humanly possible to keep up with serving the orders to the respective tables. We could see she really did her best, so did the cashier, but disorganization and an unconcerned attitude from the apparent owner does the restaurant no favours. If the intention is to serve the regulars their EXCELLENT beer (and I emphasize that it is really good), while having a chat with them, then I suppose it is good enough, but if it is to be attractive to visitors, then there's a lot of rethinking, in the customer's...

Upon entering we were greeted by a outgoing brunette waitress named Tami who was wearing a lovely rose in her hair. The space was very clean. The old bar had a large chalkboard on the wall which listed all the beers they offered on tap. You could see the large fermenter tanks could be seen through a glass window. Cool brewery atmosphere. We ordered fried pickles which were greasy at the bottom of the basket, but crisp and delicious up top. My husband tried the Tasker DBL IPA and found it to be rich and malty. He and my son both ordered the sidewinder Chicken Sandwich with steak cut fries. They devoured them quickly while intermittently exclaiming how delicious their meals were. I opted for the larger BBQ pork plate with two sides. The potato salad was fresh and made in house. With a little added salt and pepper, it was perfect. Baked beans were good, the cornmeal muffin a little too sweet for my taste, but my son gobbled it up for me. The pork was a huge portion and was quite tasty and juicy. I enjoyed trying all four of the BBQ sauces. I can't imagine any of the other places to eat along Hwy 95 being this good. I recommend it!

Driving thru Tonopah on my travels thru the great state of NV. and decided on a brew to wash the trail dust off my gullet so I dropped into Tonopah Brewing Co. for a cold one. I ordered a local tap brew and an order of Chicken wings. First off I must say that this place is nice and well decorated and the lone staff worker was friendly. I can only imagine that a brewery located in a small mining town probably has difficulties in finding beer ingredients to brew up suds that can compete with big city breweries that boast competition worthy beers. The brew master here needs some further lessons if this establishment intends to remain in business. The two beers i ordered were lacking in depth and taste im sorry to say. Now as for the wings .. well they were way under cooked and slimy. The sauce was rather bland and the local supermarket would have had better sauce on the shelf... Sorry folks but this place gets 3 stars only for trying to be a Tap Room.

Phone intentionally off the hook? Drove for miles and miles trying to find the menu online and couldn’t find it- trusted my gut and went thinking the food would be worth the wait instead of ordering ahead to go in a HUGE rush to find out the food was out. NO menu online to be found, only beer on the website. The main smoked meats you’d go for were all unavailable. When I told the bartender the phone was off the hook, she acted concerned, said she fixed it. I called back for the heck of it, and it seemed to be intentionally left off the hook. Lots of drive THRU traffic here, which concerns me of why this business isn’t phone, and online forward. Wasted a ton of time, yet the food was great for something I’d never order for lack of interest and options. Beer was great!
