If you look at my account, i dont usually leave negative reviews but I ordered a whopper jr for breakfast, knew it may take awhile, didnt complain. The cook(?) came out to my car and stated that he 'didnt know WHY we were out here ordering hamburgers for breakfast' .... I said because burger king offers burgers for breakfast and i wasnt aware that i needed to provide an explanation of my order to receive it . There is a whole section in the app literally named burgers for breakfast. Then hes like well we didn't turn our 'burger stove' on so it'll take another 10 minutes. I said im fine with that, and again said im not complaining, just scrolling on my phone. Then he said well you can just cancel the order in the app or I could come back tom or he can give me a different item. Huh? He said he'd have to cross contaminate the meat if he cooked the hamburger on the breakfast stove.... He was clearly irritated at having to cook a hamburger and cut up an onion for breakfast, because he mentioned that none of the vegetables were ready either. I said ok and told him to just show me how to cancel it and i would since he seemed irritated at having to provide a service offered and ADVERTISED by the business he works for. He had no idea how to cancel which i couldn't do (because I'd already paid and picked up part of the order). So apparently if you want the menu items here you have to go through him cause he needs to know WHY paying customers order the food they do at times that are inconvenient for him. So be prepared to explain your reasoning behind your food choices. The lady who ended up bringing my food out was super sweet tho. Shes the only reason they even got 1 star. Also, this speech he gave me took the better part of 10 min im sure he could've got the 'burger' stove well on its way to being heated in that time. He clearly just didn't want to fire the burger because he doesnt agree with items being served that early (he mentioned speaking to his manager about him not knowing why they do that) and came out to convince me to pick something else or cancel. He said he just wanted to make sure I wasn't upset (I was perfectly fine until he came to my car to speak to me like i was a child asking for candy before bed). This is the only burger king I have ever had an issue with. Last time going there for sure. And again, i have no complaints about the time at all, i completely understand lunch items aren't normal at that time but if you cant be bothered to prepare the food your company provides at the time your company offers it, then get a job at a restaurant that only serves what pleases you at the times you agree with. Strangely enough, Sonic never seems to have an issue making a hamburger at 7am .... Maybe they should invest in whatever type of stove Sonic uses as they clearly function well enough to cook different types of meat...

That being said, they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and the order is correct (which is a HUGE improvement from prior management!!) They've gone under some management changes the last year or so.
PLENTY of PARKING- 2 entrances/exits for parking lot, and Handicap parking is right at the entrance.
DRIVE THRU- However, is a whole other story when they are really busy!! (Usually lunch on weekdays from 1130am - 3pm). They employees are doing everything they can but are overwhelmed by the influx of people, and the drive-thru line of cars can extend on to the street!!
They will sometimes ask you to pull around the front in a parking spot, and they will bring you your food. This happens here to try to keep the drive-thru line of cars down, so don't get upset!!!
Inside could use some updating, there are BATHROOMS that Are HANDICAP Friendly but it's a One Person in each so depending on how many people are needing to go at the same time it can create a wait. They are typically clean and have Baby Changing stations within.
That being said, they are overworked and stressed out, from what I presume is staffing shortage!
I've been coming here for years!! There were times I would just drive further to another location because it was literally that bad!!
Now, however, even though it can get overwhelmed at lunchtime, it is By Far a Million times better then...
Read moreWe went there and there was no coke products The restaurant was filthy. A lady didn't clock in and walked in with hair and dog hair and cat hair all over her hoodie didn't wash her hands. Customers rudely We will not be back. Pop spilled all under-the-table. They haven't cleaned that thing like 2 years. Food was freezing cold and we got it. We waited for like 2 minute. The kitchen was filthy with the kitchen in between 5 years. And there you got more food and it was still cold We will not be back I want to sue them The windows look like they've been wiped in 5 days and the Outside of the building is trashy and the Tables are Dirty. The kitchen's dirty, they're walking in not washing hands. The drive through looks messed up. I can't explain myself right now. And they're still sitting outside smoking cigarettes talking about people. We also found a joint on the ground under-the-counter. You could also see all the during all the field underneath the steam tables. One in play was making his food with a backpack on. They're saying when I went back to get my refund.
