THE REVIEW: We didn’t see or need an owner or manager so they were self-sufficient employees. 5⭐️

Staff wore uniform shirts and looked like they cared about their appearance. They had good attitudes. Forgot one of my blizzards so it was given to me for free! Very knowledgeable friendly and good customer service! 5⭐️

The line was long but moved quickly. 4⭐️

Entertainment - they have a sitting area out in front of the store. 3⭐️

Soft serve Ice cream tastes fresh from the machine. Portions were the correct size. Utensils and napkins were given. The cost was high in comparison to store-bought ice cream yet average in comparison to other ice cream shops. 4⭐️

Drinks - taste made fresh. Good portion. 5⭐️

We went through the drive-thru. Didn’t notice any trash outside. 5⭐️

The parking lot isn’t well lit and the order sign wasn’t lighted. Nobody wants to sit in a dark parking lot waiting for ice cream. 3⭐️

Layout - easy access to the drive-thru and not trapped if you change your mind. 5⭐️

Overall it’s a good place for ice cream and we will be visiting the drive-thru again! Inside seems boring so it could use some additional attractions. 5⭐️ 44/50 88%B+

We were just there, we ordered and then he said he only heard 2 of the four things we ordered and to repeat what we ordered, we repeated and he repeated the order and we pulled forward, the two items that we had to repeat came out ok, the chocolate malt was okay, my wife ordered berry cherry chip or something like that didn't come out right , we told them it was ordered with whip cream, the kid said okay and we told them just a small side would be ok to make it easier, he goes in and we thought he was getting it, then this young woman with a attitude say well that will be 75 cent, we said we already paid she said no and I showed her the receipt, she said they didn't charge for the whip and thats why we didn't get it, so can we have the money, I was like so you want me to pay for your mistake no I want what we ordered, and she slammed the window and walked away so you mess up and give us attitude over 75cents . Teach your children who you have working for you what customer service is, a happy customer comes back and...

Never going back to this store again! Bought a $30 cake that took 3 employees 30 minutes to write Happy Father's Day. They messed up several times scraping the words off making the top of a white cake blue threw colored sugar on it to cover the dent that they made they also cracked the top of the cake. They also never use gloves continued to wash their hands off with water no soap and wipe it on their pants and they did this with several orders were they got something on their hands they just use their pants to wipe it off. I called the corporate office to address the situation gave the owner almost 7 days to contact me back with no luck contacted corporate again where this is been escalated to the corporate level because the owner doesn't want be held responsible for his employees actions apparently. I would never shop at this Dairy Queen I would go to a different one entirely if you live in Topeka Kansas or go to Baskin-Robbins where you parently get more...
