I live close enough to this location to walk easily to it, so I was sad to hear that it was drive through only. However, they do have mobile order so you can order ahead, then walk to the window and pick up. I've gone through the drive-thru a few times and they were okay. The food is always good and hot, the coffee's leave something to be desired, even when compared to other Dunkins. The worst experience I had was not only due to the poor customer service but the app being not updated as to the availability of items. I mobile ordered so I could walk over, and they ended up being out of cold foam for my coffee, so it wasn't great, but I get it that it was the rush. However, I showed up to the window, it took them at least 5 minutes to just ask for my name, when I gave it to them they evidently don't inform other stations (in this case the food area when the gal making coffee took my name) that there are customers there for their orders. I got my coffee after about 5-10 more minutes. I then was waiting for my food. It was 10 minutes, and one customer who got there way after me getting their items, before I finally flagged down a person and asked about the rest of my order. She finally informed me that they were out of all my food, expect the donut I ordered. So I waited 30 minutes in the sun to be told that you are out of what I ordered?? She finally got my donut and they asked if I wanted something else to replace my food. When I tried to order a few other things, she just kept saying they were out of things. Not once, did she go ahead and give me a refund, coupon, or even just tell me what they did have. I was tired, hungry and needed to get home and fix my coffee, so I just took my donut and left. When I got home and tried to leave a review with corporate so that they could maybe address the lack of communication and management in the location, the site refused to let me leave a review. All-in-all, I was less then pleased with my experience with this location. I may go back after they have had a chance to get a better system, but will not be mobile ordering with Dunkin ever again, it's drive through or walk-ins for me from now on. I can say, the smoked Vanilla cold brew with vanilla cold foam is delicious, even when this location gives you a third of the cold foam it should, and the Kolaches and sandwiches are always amazing, they have helped a girl on a 16hr drive several times. Nearly every time I go I specifically check for everything bagels; they sometimes have them but I inevitably get handed a plain bagel with waaaay too much cream cheese and never any napkins. Really sucks to be anticipating one of my favorite flavors and get slapped with a plain, barely toasted substitute as usual. Happens almost every stinking time. Better service than the other location in town though because every once in a while my order is fulfilled correctly at this location.
I guess I’ll have to start holding up their line, insisting on the order correction on the spot rather than being continually disappointed when I get home.
(6mo previous) Sitting in the drive thru lane for minimum of ten minutes now. Have not moved. Trapped in line. People go to the walk up window and are taken care of. I had visited 3 times in no peak hours, and ordered a decaf iced coffee, only to be denied when I didn't push. One time after being denied my drink, I asked If you had decaf coffee, and then if you had ice, and both questions were answered with a yes, so continuing, I asked why am I now denied a decaf iced coffee? After which I had to instruct the employee on how to make a decaf coffee, and was supplemented with one. Thinking I had taught an employee on how to fix this , I returned again, and was denied again, for the same reason being stated that you were out of decaf iced coffee. Now please elaborate.
