McDonald's — Restaurant in Topeka

Went in there and theres NOBODY working the counter so i had to go to the Kiosk...i placed my order, i chose to pay at the counter, but there was STILL nobody at the counter. One of the employees was wiping off a table and i asked how i would pay, she said "When they call your number, you can pay for it then"...so i went and sat at a table and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, 25 minutes later i walked up front and there was NOBODY there again...so i finally leaned in and asked for some help. A lady comes up and says "WHAT?"...i said "did you guys forget about me?".... she said what's your number, i told her, she said "you never paid, so we never made your order"..i told her that my options at the Kiosk offered me the option of paying at the counter...she said "yes, this is the counter"...i said " i know..but nobody has been here for me to pay..and your staff member told me to wait for my number to be called" ...she said "im not gonna argue with you.. get out of here"... i called her "Rude"...she said "F' YOU"...so i left...NEVRER AGAIN WILL I SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE. Also, while i was waiting, i saw no less than 4 cars pull up outside because the drive-thru got their orders wrong. ...just an FYI for all you...

20250510 1230: Soon and I went through the drive through for a few burgers, Chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets. Guy at the pay window was very kind and friendly. Went through our order to ensure it was correct, took my payment and wished us a great day. Picked up order, no reason to check bags right? Wrong! Always check bags. Missing hamburger, no onions. Went back through and stopped at the pay window, same guy, he called over and got us our hamburger, no onions, snap, just like that. What a great employee. My order# was 85, and let me tell you, he gave us the kind of service I remember from 1985! Polite, courteous, and professional. I wish I would of gotten his name, but the one thing I saw was his tattoos on his left arm. A lot of them, and I am ok with that. Find this man, give him a raise and send him to supervisory training. Thank you very much, Tattoo Man. Simple order, 2 chicken sandwiches, Mayo only, lg fries, 10 PC spicy nuggets and unsweetened tea. Got the sandwiches and fries right, nuggets were not spicy and I had to get back in drive thru for tea. 30 minutes to finalize...

After reading 100+ 1 star reviews...you should know better than to eat here, but, If you are sitting at home and you get a craving to pay Full Price for a double quarter pounder....but only get a single quarter pounder and you also want to pay Full Price for a 20 piece chicken McNugget that only has 16 McNuggets in it and you want to top it off with Cold Unsalted Medium Fries when you paid Full Price for Large fries...this is the place for you. And, after that, if you still feel unsatisfied with what you have received, feel free to call up and tell them what happened, only to be chewed out by someone (that you can not understand) who will accuse you of lying even though you have the food and the receipt...this is definitely the place for you to go. For all you other people who would like to get what you pay for, go anyplace else. You would think that with a brand new food place opening up 50 feet from this McDonalds, they would step up their game, but nope, not here, they keep lowering the bar. Close this place, fire everybody and put us out of the misery of dealing with...
