We went thru the drive thru this last weekend. The entire time we were parked at the window I could see the entire staff just standing behind the counter yelling and laughing in general having a good time. The drive thru attendant only came to window when it was time to pay and she just shouted out the total. She did not have one once of hospitality in her demeanor. I asked her what sauces came with our order and she blurted out "None" and that I had to ask for sauce if I wanted it. She seemed bothered because I was interrupting the fun she was having with her coworkers. I added the sauces we wanted and she just blurted out the new total and took my card. The only other time she came back was with the order. She practically threw a grocery size paper bag with $60 worth of food at me. Then she went to give me my card and a drink that she had in the same hand. When I went to try and grab the card and drink with one hand I noticed by card was bathed in soda. Before I could say anything she slammed the window and walked away. I wish I could say the food saved the worst service ever but it was only ok. It was a really sad experience because it was/is one of my moms favorite places to visit when I came to visit her. I could also see how many people it employs and one person ruined the whole thing for us. We went to the window because mom is a senior and we also have infants in the household so we are still being as safe as we can. I won't be suggesting this place for a while. The best part were the...
Read moreWell, where to begin. The girl that took our order talked so quietly we could barely hear her. They brought us our food to our table and we commenced to eat. My husband got a mozzarella burger. It comes with bacon, you guys really need to cook it longer. The meat on his burger tasted like the kind that is pre-charbroiled and flash frozen. It was almost inedible. No flavor , how about a little salt and pepper. The bun was cold. He got plenty of fries but they were barely warm. I got the large nachos. Now I enjoyed this except the taco meat needs to be a little juicier, cause it was real dry. I got sour cream $1.50 and had to ask for some salsa. I know covid hit hard but sauces that come with your meal shouldn’t be extra. We got cheese sticks to. These were hot and the best of all the food. Later that day and that night we experienced stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. Needless to say after all the Imodium that we had I would not put myself through that again. Even for the best cheese sticks we had. Sorry, we had a restaurant for 5 years and my husband is a chef working in many restaurants before we opened our own. If you want repeat customers you have to serve more homemade food and have...
Read moreWhat can I say? Waited 46 minutes for "fast food." Later tried breakfast. What a joke. There nothing fast about waiting over an hour drinking bland, jaded, watered down coffee to be told my order wasn't even started yet.
This will come off as an insult or as a charming slightly flirtatious quip. However you take it is up to you.
Every one working here looks like they somehow failed 1st grade several times before being pushed through the "No child left behind," act and landed a job that'll pay troglodytes the kind of income a 15 year old gladly accepts as a "learning curve." Is there any way you could find a bigger group of people that look sad and dirty enough to make me get on Prozac and shower endlessly for a week? I'm guessing not.
Pull your head out of the hole it's buried and find a real Cook. I'm not talking about a classically trained French chef. I just mean someone that will take their job seriously.
Or perhaps it's all on leadership. Have you been doing your job lately? Ask yourself that next time you walk through those doors and feel like vomiting in a...
