McDonald's — Restaurant in Toppenish

So this morning at Toppenish McDonald's was the worst because of construction going on there was no dine in. And me being homeless means I also do not own my own vehicle so I was told I couldn't order n had to leave or cops were gonna be called mind you I had the money to pay for the food but I was treated like I was asking for free food and not only the workers but also other customers were threatening to call cops but also were calling me stupid because I was trying to to walk through the drive thru to place my order .I don't know if it was because I'm native American, homeless, and carless but I felt like it wasn't right . I know it's possible to walk through the drive thru my white friend has done it before and he wasn't turned down or threatened to have the cops called either. FYI .This McDonald’s is Rude manager name Angelica, customer service very rude i just bring my groceries from Safeway they look at me like I’m homeless. Shes very rude . There price for coffee is 2.26 😆 small coffee 1.09 for the other branch of McDonald’s. Please check your customer service attitude towards your customer even though there not from your city treat them well. Attention: You are the only McDonald’s in Toppenish Washington, but rude crew specially name angelica,… please don’t bring your problem in your work , LOVE YOUR JOB, put in to your heart that you doing food chain work you have to be a servant of all and be humble.this location is nice , but please train all your crew to be friendly and helpful like McDonald’s hermiston. I compered it because I’m traveling all over state but this McDonald’s today i just try ,, I’m very disappointed 😔 crew team early in the morning...

Honest review, maybe one of the worst McDonald’s here in the Yakima valley. Poor service when It comes to completing their mobile orders. Poor service when it comes to their drive through service, which the wait times are ridiculous. Step it up. SMH

Update:

Their very own manager brings my mobile order out to me forgetting my drink. Once I mentioned about my missing drink, she then gives me a look and goes back inside. Coming out with what I thought to be my drink. Instead she gives me a large cup with no ice of something that was watery rather than what I was expecting.

Take the time to drive to Zillah for their McDonald’s, You as a customer are paying for service and a product. Your money has value and if this is how they treat their customers then take my advice and go else...
