Food was good but service was horrible. We ordered food online and was scheduled for pick up at 12:50. We arrived at 1pm and they stated they didn’t find our order?!? I showed them our confirmation number and they then tell us they have the order but it will take 20-30 minutes for our food to be ready. This was not only upsetting but also annoying as it was Mother’s Day and we ordered our food at 12pm to pick up an hour later. My husband wanted to double check to make sure they had the correct order and they then told him it would take them 45 minutes instead now?!? We told them we wanted a refund and to cancel our order but then they tell us our order will take 15 minutes? It was so confusing and the lady seemed upset having to rush our order when it wasn’t our fault. The system needs improvement so this doesn’t happen again to anyone else and making a Mother’s Day bad. Maybe on another day it would have been a better experience but it was a bad experience for us as first time customers. P.S. after we left (which took them 30 minutes to get our food) we got an updat when we will get our food which said another 45 minutes from when we already got our food. The system should be changed so it can be more efficient and again so this doesn’t happen to...
Read moreThe food was absolutely delicious, from preparation to presentation- what a gastronomical experience! The menu trends in a contemporary direction, with emphasis on fresh and organic fare -- while still keeping with that home-cook feel. My favorite dish was the Gamberi, which was out of this world. The sauce just blew me away. Sooo unforgettable. Their pizza and lasagna are a must have! And the plum and berry pie which is this freshly baked puff pastry, drizzled in fresh fruits and fruit compote, was melt-in-your-mouth divine. I swear I was floating on a cloud. Everything from appetizers to dessert are made from scratch! Owners Thais, Mario, and their wonderful staff are attentive, friendly and hard working. Thank you for making us feel special 💕 A glowing review for...
Read moreMario gives such a warm welcome, has all the answers to questions about the menu, the service is wonderful. His wife, Thais, is a fabulous chef, everything that we have had here is delicious. I've dined at Thario's twice in the last week and had pretty much the same thing both times, as the first time everything was so good! Warm, rustic bread; Viaggio Italiano; Capriccio salad; and Gorgonzola penne. We were a party of three and there was more than enough to share, the portions are very generous. When we can dine inside again, or out on the patio, it will be an even better experience, as the restaurant has an old-world European feeling, very cozy...
