Hello world, let me begin with this...Get That Summer Pass! I was happy when I learned that C.Cs brought back the summer pass option. There are 3 levels, 2 or more kids you need to at least get the silver plan option which gives you 100 game plays & 30% off all food (must order in-person, excludes app orders). There are two other options - bro. me and gold. Game play and food discounts decrease or increase accordingly. I have one toddler but he is a gaming fanatic so I went with the silver option. You want to install the app., it makes your visit go smoothly and you can track discounts & coupons better.

Now, I have not been to C.C's in over 28 years and they have made some great improvements. There is a bouncing area which keeps the kids busy and burns off that energy. BE WARNED: you must purchase C.C. socks (re-usable at each visit) for $8.00. This was a bit frustrating as I feel C.C.'s should offer this on a discount when you purchase a summer card - example would be an add-on bouncy socks option for $5.00 when you buy a summer pass.

This location is huge, clean, and there were plenty of staff available to assist me throughout my visit. There is a good variety of games for all ages. I did not try the food but it looked basic. Salad bar and drinks w/ refills are available (two machines in the corner of the party area😉). I will try the food next time and update this review accordingly. So, the Birthday show has been overhauled and assures more participation from the kids. Get that summer pass because it pays for itself after two-visits💯

Great experience, per usual "I'll Be Back" like...

I gave only 1 star because I can't give no stars as a choice. This is by far the worst Chuck E Cheese ever! Now they have a play card and when the games just ate away the points without playing I found an associate for help but yet he was unable and unwilling to help instead he insisted I look for another worker that I have no clue who I would be looking for. With his nonchalant attitude I requested a manager yet once again being the great help he was just decided to point at a group of ladies I guess assuming I would automatically know which one is the manager. I about had it I had to ask yet another worker to point out the manager. When I did talk to her yet again rude and acting as if i was bothering her when I just requested that i would like my money back they insisted I take my card to another chuck e cheese location because that will solve the problem yet there games ate half my points I just loaded on my card. Long story short I ended up getting my refund of the play card but its definately not worth the hassle and you can't even take your children to the restrooms because they are so dirty and disgusting.
