I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating but I had to give it something in order to write a review. I show up at 7:10 am ( the sign says open at 7am ). I see a woman at the counter, so I try to open the door. It's locked so I knock on the window. The woman completely ignores me. So, I stand there until she does unlock the door. I say good morning, no response from her. I stand at the counter, she walks to the back where the drive thru window is. I still wait at the counter. Then she poked her head around the corner and ask for my order. I tell her I want order #22 sandwich only, then ask to use the restroom. She tells me that the restroom is not working and the front cash register is not working. I ask again because I know English is not her first language ( I have no problem with that ). She says it again with an attitude. So, I ask her how does the staff use the restroom, she keeps saying the word broken. Now, if the restroom and cash register was truly broken I am okay with that. It was the rude customer service. The way she ignored me outside, didn't say good morning, walked to the back, then asked with an attitude for my order, and answered my questions with an attitude. She seemed annoyed that I was there at 7:10 am. Then the restaurant hours should be changed if customer service is terrible because I arrived on time. So, I just decided to go to McDonald's instead . Where several people were already in the restaurant, customer service was excellent ( even the janitor said to have a good day) and restrooms were open and working and cash register was working. I normally do not leave reviews but the customer service was so TERRIBLE...
Read moreI went to this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Each time my Coke with no ice had too much soda water and not enough syrup so there was almost zero flavor.
I don't usually ding a drive-thru for bad soda because they can get busy and not have the time to switch out the syrup containers. But the same problem 3 times in 2 weeks probably means the manager &/or owner are trying to save money. BAD MOVE. The quickest way to lose long time customers is to lower the quality of the product.
Then yesterday at around 7:30pm the drive-thru was busy but there were only 2 people working. This is another classic move for management to save money. Another BAD MOVE. Customers may put up with a LITTLE lower quality of food if the customer service is excellent. Not having enough workers on duty is inexcusable.
As far as the entire chain goes:
My favorite is the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Yummy!! The combo includes an Egg Roll & a small drink.
My only complaint is that when you increase the size of the combo they do not give you additional Egg Rolls. If you upsize a sandwich combo, they increase the size of your drink AND the size of your fries. If you order a medium size Chicken Teriyaki Bowl Combo you should get 2 Egg Rolls & a medium size drink. If you order a large size, you should get 3 Egg Rolls & a large size...
Read moreI don’t appreciate the fact the bathroom situation allows for one restroom to facilitate a female using the toilet and a male using the urinal simultaneously. This is unethical and hazardous. Genders deserve their own restroom. The lack of multiple gender bathrooms create a sense of unease. Who in their right mind is ok with this at Jack in the Box? Would they want their daughter, sister, mom, or grandma utilizing a bathroom facility concurrently with a unknown male? Vice versa; would this be appropriate? If you can’t afford multiple bathrooms then just have a one person restroom. Please...
