This the second time I come to this Jack in the box drive thru , I was really debating on pulling up I didn’t see any inside I proceeded to drive inside as I was driving towards the back I seen two workers a female and a male smoking cigarettes. I place my order thru the Intercom the female asked me if I wanted two sandwiches I said no just one. She clearly heard me. She told me to pull up to the second window as I pulled up. She smelled so bad like cigarettes, which I thought was disgusting, and unsanitary, especially working at a fast food restaurant. She told me my total was 15.58 which I thought it was too much for one sandwich and a mocha coffee, I proceeded to pay. I did ask the lady if she could repeat my order she just gave me the prices to how much was the sandwich and the mocha coffee and she gave me back my change. I looked at the receipt and she charge me for two sandwiches and one mocha coffee and I clearly told her that I only wanted one sandwich mocha coffee I corrected her and told her she charge me for two. She gave me attitude as if I did something wrong. She told me I told you three times how many sandwiches you wanted I said no you didn’t. She proceeded to give me back my change. The other worker which was a gentleman gave her the sandwich bag. He looked at me and gave me dirty look. Honestly, I really thought this was one of the worst drive-through I’ve ever been in. This is not the first time, The first time I don’t even want to go there I really believe this Jack-in-the-Box needs workers that want to work and not fool around. This is all going on at five in the morning. I work around the corner from this Jack-in-the-Box and thank God they have McDonald’s next door. Read moreOk ive had the last straw with this location! I placed my order via mobile app at 4:02 pm I got to the drive thro at 4:06 pm and it was closed!! Hmmm ok so I parked and went down to the lobby maybe somethings wrong with the drive thro no problem... lobby's locked BIG PROBLEM! No one comes to the door . I go back to my car because of the transient nearby and from 4:09-4:19 I call only to be ignored. What world do you think it's ok to take my order take my money and shut down the building?! As I was about to leave I spot an employee removing the cones in the drive through. I enter the drive through and I get a voice saying pull forward it's being worked on now . I get apologies . But this is the worst customer service I've witnessed. Next time SHUT DOWN mobile ordering and do not anyone order if your short staffed.
