I’ve ordered food from this location a few times, and it has been okay. I ran some errands on Sunday morning and after checking their hours online, I visited this location to grab a breakfast sub. I arrived a few minutes before 9am and the place was closed, despite the posted hours next to the door, and Google maps indicating an 8am opening time. 9am came and went, and the two employees inside opened the door a few minutes late. Instead of greeting me and letting me enter, one employee began sweeping trash and setting up a table and chair outside in front. I wish I can give this place no stars. The workers are incredibly slow and rude. I placed an online order and I actually arrived 10 minutes after it said my order would be ready because work was busy. I got there and they didn’t have the order ready. I had to stand on the side and wait another 20 minutes. They attended to the walk in clients before making my order. My entire lunch was spent and I got in trouble for coming back late to work. There's this one guy who works here who will flamboyantly assemble your sandwich with the perfect amount of vegetables and condiments, and it makes me feel bad that I don't tip him for his service to the city of Torrance. This is compounded by the drastic uptick in price which is slowly pushing my interest away from coming back to ANY Subway franchise in the future.
