Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Los Angeles

The reviews say it all unfortunately for me I didn’t read them I just booked since I use to come here back then when I was younger! This place is a mess! Horrible they need to learn how to run this place back in the days when I use to come here I feel it was more in control I booked a VIP party on Saturday and this place looked a whole ass mess! It was ridiculous the amount of ppl that were in there they should first cater to parties and limit the ppl that are there on weekends!! Since the start our party had a horrible experience we got there at 3:30 they took us in at 3:45 didn’t check us in till 350 ish they sent out a link which I had to send to everyone in my party mind you I made sure all of our party had all of that set so we can get our socks and waiver checked in nope they tell me oh no it’s expired? So what’s the reason y’all are sending the link if it’s expired? I was already annoyed okay I went with it! Later on that night my dad was already trying to leave and teenagers fighting ghetto and not safe at all! If you read down it does say there’s teenagers gangbanging in there!! Ridiculous after all that a bunch of teenagers just rush into the place idk what is happening my kids and my guests are in the trampoline I’m thinking omg are they shooting what’s going on because you just see all these employees start ducking behind the desk! I’m running to get my son out of the trampolines scared ass f* cus who knows What is happening all these thoughts going in my head! There’s no where to even leave that place it was insane I’ve been reaching out since Sunday had no manager reach out so I go in personally and speak to Serina and she gave me her DM information because according to her they’re refunding parties from Saturday FEB 1 if you were there but the DM doesn’t care about anyone’s safety he’s money HUNGRY I use to be a manager myself at a retail store and I am sorry sometimes you have to take the LOSS and side with the customer and he wants to refund me 20% of my money back when this safety issue is literally on them since we got there you couldn’t even walk in there the place looked like a circus for safety reasons I am 100% sure that If firefighters would have showed up to the place it would have gotten shut down on Saturday around the time I got there which was 330 because there no way you could get out of that place if an emergency happened which did later on that night no one knew what was happening then kids that rushed in almost dropped my sister as well she was about to exit and that happened couldn’t even handle that they weren’t letting anyone outside I honestly didn’t even notice where they had the emergency exits! Please read reviews and don’t book here go elsewhere the DM is trying to give me passes I don’t want that so that I can feel unsafe again with my child he can keep that!! We had our son’s fifth birthday party on a weekend here and let me start off by saying, the kids had a blast, that’s where the good review ends. We arrived over thirty minutes early for our party to set up the few decorations we bought. The party package we purchased included colored tablecloths, balloons, cutlery, and plates/ napkins. We chose the color blue, as the party was Spider-Man themed. The party room was not ready, it was not cleaned from the previous party. They kept the greens balloons from the previous party and then brought in everything else in white. The room was dirty and my husband helped the employee who was supposed to be our party planner, clean. On top of all of ours guests signing a waiver a few days before they came, they had to wait in line with the general public to check in for the party and get their socks/ wristbands. This took up a lot of time and it would have been helpful if they checked them in in our party room. We were supposed to jump for an hour then the party guests would go to the party room to eat pizza and have drinks/ cupcakes for the last 45 minutes. The pizza was not in our room until 20-30 minutes before the party ended. I was actually waiting in line for the refreshment area to get an update but our host was pulling our pizza out at the same time. Once we had our food, our host was more on top of getting everything we needed. Honestly the place was packed and you could he was just really busy, so a lot of this is not entirely his fault, it’s a staffing issue. As we were packing up to leave, the front desk girl came to our party room and let us know that we were going to be charged for two extra jumpers. We had 10 kids which was included in the party price. She claimed that two adults were jumping, when we explicitly asked if adults were allowed out with the children to which she replied with yes. The website also states parents can jump in with their kids and we called multiple days before our party to confirm this. No parents in our party even jumped with the kids, we just watched from the sidelines. She insisted two parents had told her they were going to jump when they checked in. We explained that they didn’t and I think there needs to be more clarification. She then decided to let it go and that they were not going to charge us for the extra jumpers.
