Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Torrance

Worst little Caesar's ever!! Not the first time I be had problems here but it's the closest to my house and I have 3 young children and when they want pizza they don't want to wait. Tried to call in an order toning for 15 minutes and then just walked in. Called right be for I walked in and witnessed Moises look at the phone number then pushed the mute button, when I asked why they don't answer the phone the cashier said they gst busy Saturday night, my wife took a pic of me while I was in there and it was empty, 7 people working just playing around, seems like a good place for teenagers to get a job and just mess around all the time. The manager got off shift and when asked her name they think it was vanessa, she only works there one in a while supposedly. If the manager is a lazy ass then of course the other employees will be also. This is the straw that broke the camel's back!!!! I hope this makes it to the franchise owner so he/she can see how well the staff really is. YOU want to make money rite?? Also out of wings, how do you make profits if you cannot order accordingly "knowing you are busy on saturday"Well I will be driving the extra miles in the future. Horrible...

This location is the worst. I have given it chance after chance for almost 2years. Wether In person or mobile app, the pizza always looks terrible and is never made correctly!!! I ORDER THE SAME EXACT 2 ITEMS, everytime I eat from here. My order is rarely changed, and everytime i receive this order, It' different each time, and worse everytime. *Anytime you add extra cheese, it's never there either. They have repeatedly given me pizza's that "bubble" during baking, pushing all the sause & cheese towards the crust, ruining it and making a mess. They refused to do a remake of any pizza, ive done 3 requests total, and all had to be repaid for. *You never know which employee is on break or not, they all walk around talking to eachother, and when you ask for help, "Sorry i'm on break" That's Including the "Manager". *No one greets you or makes eyes contact and when they finally do, they say nothing and continue with backs turned. There should always be an employee at the desk! Sorry, but this location is never that busy to not want to MAKE MONEY. Another wasted dime, on another wasted location. Do better. (The reason we choose this location is bc how ridiculously close it is, never...

The pizza is as good as any other location. Wish I could say the same about the Friday night closing staff.

They just wanted to be out by 11. I tried calling ahead before closing on my way but no answer. When I got there 6 minutes before closing they told me they don’t answer the phones after 10:30. I’m sure others are calling and assuming you’re closed. This place could be earning more.

When I asked if they could make stuff crust pizza they said they would have to take stuff out for that and that I would have to be in the store just after closing. They wanted to make it sound like an inconvenience to me to have to lock and unlock the door for security reasons. I said I was not in a rush just that my wife had asked for stuffed crust pizza.

If the franchise owner is reading this...you’re losing money. I walked out with a $6 pizza. I would have ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and crazy bread, just about $25. That’s just one customer in the last 5 minutes. That last half hour is costing you. I would have been there 10 more min than I was and the difference would pay for almost...
