I'm a huge Chick Fil A, customer however this was not the best experience that I am used to or ever plan on having again. The problem was my food not the employees they were very professional and nice. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal and 12 piece chicken NUGGETS to go. I decided to dine in and my sandwich was barely warm and on the dry side. I mentioned it to one of the employees and she said that was how they come. The meat was very small and the bun was burnt and missing some of the bun. The French fries we cooked extremely too hard and I checked the NUGGETS, because they were to go and I ordered a 12 piece and when I checked it it was a 8 piece and so the cashier only charged me for a 8 piece so I gave my ATM CARD to one of the employees and she took it back to the counter and they charged me for a 4 piece and then put them all in the same box they were the smallest NUGGETS I have ever seen. I don't have a problem paying for what I want but I do have a problem not getting what I paid for. It's safe to say that location will not get anymore of my money. I wasn't the only person that was experiencing problems with my food. There was a young man that was already inside of the restaurant complaining about his French fries being cold and that he paid too much money for cold food. Little did I know that I would be experiencing the same problem plus more with my order. I usually go to the one in Culver City, and I never have any problems with my food. Read moreChick-fil-A I am very neutral regarding their food I don’t usually look or stop at a Chick-fil-A I think you will agree with me but just trying to get in and find parking is very difficult as well as the one in my neighborhood I think they could have put a little more effort on the location of the big lot they are right at a major cross street that jams up the right hand turn lane if you were going home or towards the freeway whatever the situation is for you the only way to get around this is to take your chances and I do mean take your chances make your right hand turn into the furthest lane almost in the opposite side of the left-hand turn going westbound I personally think it’s a big problem accident wise as well as pedestrians and schools that are nearby regarding that right hand turn in the far lane that I have just described not as easy as it seems The first obstacle is that you are stuck in the right hand lane I have been stuck up to five red lights before it was my turn to make a turn and basically the drive-through lines usually are backed up into the main street I think it’s a dangerous situation and there has been issues there regarding this situation. Read moreI've never left a bad review anywhere before but the service here was unlike anything I've ever seen. The hours say this place is open until 11. On August 30th my family and I walked in to order at 9:50 pm. The woman who took our order obviously did not want us to be there and had a serious attitude. We wait about 15 minutes at our tables for our food so by that time it's past 10 PM. Our food is given to us in a to go bag and we're told that we're not allowed to eat in the dining area because it closes at 10. My dad then goes up to the counter and said "hey we got here before 10 and you guys close at 11, we're going to eat here". There's also a gentleman eating in the dining room beside us and they definitely didn't ask him to leave. At this point the woman was incredibly irritated and had some serious attitude, explaining her policy that the dining room isn't open. She turns the lights in the dining room off and we ate in the dark. On our way out, another worker tells us that my dad's tone was unacceptable. My dad was really just returning this woman's energy who rolled her eyes at us and said things under her breath. What's worse is that she was a manager, treating customers like this?
