THIS sams club is the worst one ive EVER been to the management is very disrespectful and very uneducated ..i was in the restroom when someone started rudely shaking the door as if they were tryna break in or just be douchebags i open it to see management staff john and beatrice first john said he needed to use the restroom which was why he was being so rude and beatrice asking for membership which was out of pocket they was obviously tryna harrass me and i did hear fat beatrice say something about me not only five minutes before this saying under her breath that i was gonna steal something most likely then they proceed to harrass me asking me things like if im a criminal gene put his hands on me to want to look thru my stuff which i declined at first but let him see after a few minute to make them look stupid and petty for targeting me when i dont steal then they proceed to tell me to lower my voice when im yelling at them for violating me and my rights they wanted to take my pic on there cell phones and video im guessing for no reason other than they are garbage management with issues beyond themselves ...there names are beatrice some fat lady who should worry about her weight instead of me john is the the little weak guy who has to follow what beatrice says cause he a little boy that needs his hand held and doesnt understand how to treat people respectfully just listens to little fat beatrice into harrassing people then julie who wants to get her gold star but cant even get a daye cause she so ugly and gene who is some fragile little old dude sensitive when you tell him something he look like he wanna cry but holding in his fart just typical douchebags that shouldnt have a job harrassing people even there own staff dont like these idiots...this is way costco is way better they would never disrespect you or target you unless you really at the wrong ive never had this problem never been followed or harrassed especially while using the restroom this is maybe why there membership is cheaper at sams cause its...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience. A woman without a cart stood in front of me and when I told her that if she didn't have her cart she wasn't ready. She berated me that she was in line. Eventually her husband comes and she wedges the cart in front of me. I tell her that at a restaurant or amusement park of your whole party isn't there then you can't just cut them in. She yells at me that maybe not for my generation. She keeps wedging herself between me and the other person. After more of her yelling and insulting me she gets the manager at the front end. I had to call and get her name after this happened because I couldn't stay in the store any longer.
I was told that the manager overseeing the front end was Julie. She says that the woman can cut in front of me and that she isn't going to do anything about it. What Julie should have done was she should have kicked the customer out for being obscene and absolutely not have let that customer stay just because she wanted to be lazy and not do anything. I told Julie that the customer cut in front of me and that at any other store this wouldn't be acceptable, but she told that she wasn't going to do anything and walked away while I was still talking to her. I told this to the manager at the Ralph's I shop at and she said that they wouldn't have allowed that sort of thing. I guess I won't be shopping at Sam's Club ever again after today.
I don't know how she got up to a manager position with that kind of bad, lazy attitude. This store definitely needs to reevaluate it's employees if they act as unprofessional as Julie did. I used to work for Costco and they would have never let a manager...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBought strawberries here and got them home to start making smoothies and as I took them out of the package they had thick mold on the lower berries. Because my son is severely allergic to mold, I put the berries outside my house and wrapped them in 2 plastic bags and drove them right back to sams... I spoke to the manager on duty who basically was acting like it was no big deal and told me to go get new berries...I of course told him no and that for $100 a year x however many members they have - they should be ensuring that their produce is rotated so as not to have this issue. Then a few weeks later, I went to purchase 4 of the new iPhones because ATT was having a special with Sams...ugh!!! What a nightmare!!! So I have 5 lines, but the 5th line had already upgraded so I wasnāt able to do that...but the guy at the kiosk told me he had to do each one individually...my daughters went through smoothly...but mine - absolute NIGHTMARE! He put it through as a new line instead of an upgrade but didnāt have the brain to figure out why it was getting rejected (they give max 5 lines) so they told me I had to get my phone at a ATT store...well I called att and they said āthatās not trueā so I went back to get the promo and same moron same issue...except now their acceptance at Sams department said no - even though att said yes...left again...placed order for iPhone with att with confirmation # went back to said moron who then apologized I cancelled order, etc...he then finally fixed it - but I prefer my Costco to Sams even though sams is a bit cheaper and better parking...itās that way...
