Crumbl — Restaurant in Torrance

Tried Crumbl cookies for the first time yesterday and now I can’t wait to get my hands on more! Very grateful to my sweet cousin who brought a dozen over for our family gathering. I got to try the following (my faves first!):

Peaches and Cream: OMGGG!! My daughter and I were obsessed with this flavor, definitely our favorite of the box. It was a cold cookie with a nice strong peach flavor, not overly sweet, with yummy whipped cream and peach sauce on top

Strawberry Pop Tart: tastes just like childhood, the texture on the sugar cookie is magical! Yummy strawberry sauce in the middle, just like a regular pop tart

Double Fudge Brownie: really yummy, I usually love chocolate, but the fruit flavored cookies were calling my name this week

Red Velvet Cupcake: how do they make these cookies with a soft cakey texture? Magical.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip: I usually like pumpkin, but I had it it my mind I was biting into a regular chocolate chip cookie and it was kinda disturbing to get pumpkin, lol. Nonetheless, it wasn’t too bad

I recently tried Crumbl Cookies for the first time and I was blown away by the quality and taste of their cookies. The variety of flavors they offer is amazing, and it was hard to choose just a few to try!

I ended up selecting the classic chocolate chip, the sugar cookie with pink frosting and sprinkles, and the chilled sugar cookie with Nutella filling. All three cookies were absolutely delicious and had a soft, chewy texture that was just perfect.

I also appreciated the friendly and efficient service at the Crumbl Cookies store. The staff was knowledgeable about the different flavors and helped me choose the perfect cookies for my taste. The store itself was clean and welcoming, with a fun and whimsical decor that added to the overall experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Crumbl Cookies to anyone who loves freshly baked cookies with unique and delicious flavors. I can't wait to go back and try more of their...

I was watching my friend post about Crumbl-Carson as she was so impressed with the customer service and definitely her picks on the cookies she ordered so I had to go! So I went to this location in Torrance and had the worst customer service experience ever. NO ONE took the time out to at least greet me at the door or even ask if I needed any help with ordering or if I had any questions. This was my first time there and customer service means EVERYTHING!! All 3 of them appeared to be soo busy and I had no acknowledgement until my order was ready and if you play the tape back, upon receiving my box, the only words that was directed to me was "Here you go" to hand me my box. I shook my head walking out. So sad!!! Very poor...
