I've been to many Starbucks and never had a lot of issues when it comes to service. Only one time it had taken a long time to get my order, but granted they were busy. Comparing this Starbucks to the other locations in terms of flow, this location is the slowest and I come in during rush hour. I've been here a few times, they've acknowledged me the moment I walk in and had given me my order the moment I went to the pick up counter. No complaints there. I usually order pick up a few minutes before, so I expect to walk in ESPECIALLY WHEN I SEE IT ISN'T BUSY AND THERE ARE A FEW STAFF STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING to just at least acknowledge my presence (instead he acknowledges the girl that walked in BEHIND me) and leave. Instead I'm standing up against the empty pick up counter waiting to get acknowledged by the big guy standing right in front of me with his great peripheral vision just totally ignoring my presence but instead he walks behind the girl making the orders and hides behind her. There's literally 2 other customers in the shop this morning at the time I went to pick up my order (excluding the 1 girl that walked in behind me). I'm already angry because I'm standing at this counter expecting ONE of them to finally acknowledge me, I mean I'm not standing there for a long time but THERE'S NO ONE ELSE THERE, and I wave one of them down (I NEVER had to wave any of them down before) like hello? Can I get my drink already? I'm just standing here like an idiot looking at you guys standing there like an idiot not acknowledging the only customer there standing behind the pick up counter? What kind of service is this? The big guy FINALLY hands me my order, I grabbed it and walked away, hearing him sarcastically saying "bye," as he and the big girl with blonde hair laughs as I walk out the shop. I wish I had gotten their names. My coworkers had warned me about this location and their horrible service. I should have listened to them. They have no reason to be THIS rude, or not acknowledge customers walking in or standing at the pick up counter when they weren't even doing anything but standing around and they weren't even busy at all. Read moreI went this store at lunch time. The cashier is very energetic and gives a great vibe! He welcome everyone loud and clear. The only negative thing cost them to lose a star is he kept me waiting for So Long! The line moves slow as hell!!! I can see the staffs moving quickly but there's a full line of stickers. The cashier was super friendly and courteous, but he is unfamiliar with the computer. It tooks longer than usual to ring each order, and I have 15 drinks for the whole office! Imagine how long that will take and I waste all my lunch break here! He did patiently double check with me for my orders which makes it even slower. But they got all my drink right, and taste good! The Starbucks inside Vons next door always makes drinks watery, and frapps are all melted. This store have much stronger flavor! I stood my ground and asked what can they do abt the floor being wet? One of the other workers simply grabbed something to wipe down the floors while the other workers shouted at me that I need to leave.. horrid customer services from Two Karen(s) while they argued with me the whole time they were wiping down the bathroom. Seriously be a human and pick your battles. Amazingly simple minded of staff for no reason. Telling me a need to leave for wanting to use the bathroom, which is a human urge.
