We stopped by this restaurant after getting a haircut in a nearby town. This was our first time being in the area and going to the restaurant so we were unsure of what to expect but the ratings for this place are justified. We went there a little bit before Valentines Day and they already had a Valentines Day menu which was amazing. We ordered 3 things off that menu and everything was spectacular! They make everything fresh and everything tasted amazing. There was a little bit of a wait, and it's not a huge, huge place so a wait is to be expected. The waiters and workers there are extremely attentive and will truly serve you with your satisfaction in mind. One of the workers noticed that me and my girlfriend had been sitting for a while without our food coming out and she went to check their system and it had been lost. She took initiative to come to us and ask us for our order again and even compensated us for our long wait! She honestly didn't have to, it was an honest mistake so I didn't take anything personally, but it was a very generous gesture which goes a long way for customer retention. Needless to say, the food here is amazing, the service here is equally amazing, would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! P.S. The orange juice tasted different, it's not your store-brand Tropicana, we believe their orange juice is freshly squeezed and it...
Read moreStopped by 09/26/18. We came here after church for brunch and really enjoyed everything about Cyndia's. Stuck at the end of a small row of businesses we could tell it was going to be good from the crowd that was there... indoor and outdoor seating available. My wife and I each had a "Mick Benny". (Basically eggs Benedict with home made corned beef hash on rye bread) We both really enjoyed the eggs done this way. Eggs still runny... the homemade corned beef was really really good and we couldn't get enough of the home fries. My son had a chorizo (Dio's) fritatta with grits which he gobbled up pretty quick. I take that to be 5 star rating from him. We also had some fresh squeezed OJ, which was fantastic, but then, isn't it always when it's fresh squeezed? But what really made this dining experience was Mary Ann. She must be the boss because she only seemed to take the orders... and bring the coffees, but then started with 'snide' quips and comments that had us laughing and smiling throughout the whole meal. I didn't see her bringing any of the orders to the table, although I'm sure she's more than capable. She did however do a little babysitting for a young mom that was trying to eat her meal. Nice touch. So thank you Mary Ann for the "entertainment". I'll be asking to be sat at your table next...
Read moreToday was our first visit to Cyndia's and due to our experience has become one of our favorite places for breakfast; and we will certainly return for more visits.
It is a very small and cozy place, with a varied menu of breakfast and lunch items and a menu of specials which change daily, and remains he same for both Saturday and Sunday. the Boston Creme Pancakes caught our eye, we ordered them, they were great, and next time we might request more cream and less chocolate sauce.
First we were greeted in a very friendly manner and placed our name in an app where we can view our place in line. We easily followed the order and waited without having to bother the host to keep asking "when are we being seated????" The staff is awesome and friendly!!!!
My wife had the bird, which is egg whites, which are infused with pesto, with mushroom, tomato and avocado. I had the Benny Royal which was a smoked salmon eggs Benedict with home fries. The food was great and the coffee was good too. The decor inspired us to learn more about the history of the place as we saw photos of the Freedom Tower and construction.
If you are looking for a great place for breakfast, I thoroughly...
