If i could give this place zero stars i would. WORST PLACE EVER! I called and ordered an italian hotdog. I asked a question which later after giving my address and phone number i find out they canceled my order after an hour of waiting with my autistic daughter which whom the hotdog was for. I call to see where my order is the first time it seemed as if once they knew who was calling they left the phone on the counter so i can hear them as they were clearly ignoring me. I call a second time, which a woman answers and tells me to go to shoprite for my hotdogs and that they canceled my order. Im honestly still in complete shock on how disgustingly i was treated and now I have an angry and hungry autistic toddler which now after waiting over an hr i have to find another solution. I will never recommend or give this place...

Don't do business here if you want to pay the prices they advertise online they will not honor it also they plain out said that it cost to much to redo the website and menus so I just have to deal with it that it's not there problem so nice try saying I ordered extra true lies coming from this...

Worst service ever from owner at Totowa Pizza. Ordered a pie, and food had not been delivered in over an hour. Called just to see how much longer food would take and was told seven minutes. Another 20 mins have passed before calling again just to cancel the order as I did not want to eat cold pizza. Woman on the phone transferred phone over manager who explained that she will cancel the order no problem but to not call their again to place orders. I mentioned that a customer does not want to eat cold pizza, she mentioned that wasn’t her concern and she will cancel the order . She repeated don’t order here again and hung up. Extremely horrible way to run...
