Food is good but service is horrible. I ordered two bacon,egg and cheese bagels, one on a plain bagel and the other on a sesame. The older lady confirmed my order by repeating it back to me and then told the kitchen. I stepped to the side to wait and saw about 10 people who came in after I did get their order before me. After many people received their orders the lady behind the counter asked what I ordered and again I repeated my order. She grabbed a bag that was behind her and it said Taylor ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel and goes “yes… I called your order already this is it.” I told her I did not order that. I repeated my order 3 times and she kept going back and forth with me saying that I ordered an everything bagel with Taylor Ham. I have never ordered a Taylor ham on anything at any place I’ve ever gotten a bagel from and additionally I never eat it in general. I know what I said and she also repeated my correct order after I had first placed it then switched up and said I told her something different. I told her that it was not what I said, and she had an attitude and kept insisting that I did say that. When she finally gave me my correct order 20-30 mins after my initial ordering she was shaking her head and mumbling in Spanish to which I replied, “I know what I ordered and I did not say Taylor Ham.” She still kept on with the attitude and talking under her breath. This kind of service is disrespectful, and distasteful. I’ve spoken to other people in this area and they have had similar interactions with this older Hispanic lady. Being Hispanic myself, I expected her to be more hospitable like our culture exemplifies. She gives this establishment a bad reputation. It’s sad to see a nice place be tarnished by someone with bad customer service, communication, and conflict...

I usually have no issues when I visit here. however the other morning I stop for breakfast. I ordered turkey spinach egg white wrap. point the menu "that turkey spinach egg white wrap please!" Just as menu says and she wrote a order ask if I want a cheese I said no thank you. I got the wrap and there was a no spinach. I went back to her ask about that she said I didn't say spinach? and she insisted I'm confused. I said no im not but she keep saying it's my fault! I told her "I'm not confused! I know what i wanted and what i ordered!" she never apologized to me. i wasn't in a mood for arguing in the morning. as i have been working with clients all my life I have never ever blamed my clients! no matter what i try to accommodate to clients and try to address issues correctly. this wasn't pleasant experience what so ever! and she needs to understand better what customer want, need! also there's local steady customers were talking out loud. have no consideration. not pleasant atmosphere. at least to me. I will not...

I used to love this place but lately not sure what is going on. I tried looking for an updated menu online and couldn’t find much. Upon calling a young lady picks up I ask her if they sell egg platters she answers “yea we sell all that” I’m like okay what does the egg platter come with? She couldn’t even tell me what came in an egg platter than proceeds to tell me they don’t have egg platters. I order a cheese egg omelet with a side of toast. When I get my order it’s EXTREMELY GREASY like disgustingly greasy and oily. The cheese wasn’t even fully melted as you can see in the photo. The hashbrown was dripping grease, the toast was saturated in butter. Like who is supposed to enjoy greasy oily breakfast, I felt like I was getting a heart attack just looking at the thing. Customer service was horrendous, person in the front was rude and obviously has no knowledge what so ever regarding the menu. I will never order from this place again, and quite frankly I might even take my platter back and tell them to enjoy eating...
