Subway — Restaurant in Totowa

This store is unwilling to honor corporate marketing campaign coupons as written.

The coupons that most everybody gets in their mailbox are specifically written with items that aren't included in the special pricing and that is understandable. It understandably spells out exactly what is excluded. What is not acceptable is going to the location and having the manager tell us that he will accept corporate coupons, but with additional restrictions that aren't described on the coupon. Basically, the Mgr is saying that you can use the coupon only if you order from a choice of four or five sandwiches.

With so many Subway stores and a Jersey Mike's directly across the street, there is no reason to go to this location ever again.

Subway corporate made it easy for non-entrepreneurs to create and start a new business. Even with all of the help that corporate offers, these individuals will still find a way to TANK THEIR BUSINESS.

Apparently the worker there accused me of being "offended by their exceptional customer service". I was the only one waiting on line to order so I asked the young lady to give me 1 or 2 minutes to make up my mind. She immediately asks me about what bread I wanted. So, I started ordering without having made up my mind. At one point, I had 3 people asking me what I wanted on my sandwich, it was like they were trying to hurry me out the door. They didn't even let me think. Then when I get to the register to pay, I guess the manager comes and tells me that he's sorry that I was offended by their fantastic customer service. I told him that I needed a minute or two to make up my mind, but he didn't care and he pulled out their pamphlet saying that they care about their customers, etc, etc. Terrible...

Be careful before you go to this store this Indian guy stealing money from customers. When i went to the store he was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered 3 wrap , 2 pizza and 6 cookies it was around $35 but he charged me $52 and forcing me to buy cookies and sodas . After I paid I asked for my receipt he didn’t want to give me after argue with him he gave me a receipt then I saw he charge me wrong item soda chips 5 footlong sub subway club which I didn’t order. I will never go back to this store ever again. I feel bad for people who never check their receipt after they paid I’m sure this Indian guy stealing money from everyone too just like he steal my money. Be carefull people ! Be careful! Be...
