TLDR: Pricing okay, food is smaller portion and drinks are fun if they’re made correctly. Quick service as there wasn’t too many people around was really nice to have. A lot of variety, I do just wish the setup and service was more upbeat like pearsons or javas.

As a food and ROC spots reviewer, I came in yesterday with my girlfriend for a brunch date for the first time, expecting great experience, but was met with high prices for a ridiculously small amount of food. I paid $28 dollars for two sandwiches that were on the smaller side. Breakfast here almost doesn’t seem worth it as the bread and topping options make the sandwhich small, but the lunch is more decently priced as you have options for side. The girl on the counter also made both drinks with cows milk rather than my alternative choice that I paid $3 for two drinks that I could just taste straight away, but there was a line so there was no point in going back up after waiting for our stuff already as food and drinks came around the same time. The atmosphere is super cute and perfect if you’re staying since they have a couch area, but it does feels a little empty on the inside. Overall, it was an okay experience and would be back on a better day, busy times you’re better off heading over to Leo’s down the street or to another coffee central. Absolutely horrible & we will never return - while also warning friends !!

The manager/lead was full of condescending attitude when I asked for customization on my drink. I got a few excuses as to why laced with lots of attitude - as if, I was inconveniencing her for wanting my drink custom -- Never have I ever experienced this while ordering coffee !!!

After my interaction, my daughter decided she would rather go without than deal with her or give them any more money.

As I watched them make my drink I saw the very moment that my one request could have been met !! This was not a premixed drink kinda deal ! It 💯 COULD be done ... The power trip was the WOULD.

I don't like chocolate in my coffee ... So didn't need to be a big thing ...

Now , well so much of life comes down to how you treat people ... I won't be sad to see it be the next place that closes in...

Been here a few times with no issues. Today when we went someone new took our order and messed it up Start to finish. He overcharged me and gave us the wrong food. We ordered a bottle of water (which we paid for) and he gave us tap water. I am gluten free and I didn’t get the gluten free bread I requested. I told him I needed it prepared seperate but didn’t mark it on the order. There was a nice young lady who corrected all the mistakes and we ended up getting what we ordered. But this young kid didn’t know how to interact with customers and didn’t know the menu as he didn’t select the correct...
