I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this establishment, and it was nothing short of terrible. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was met with an overwhelming sense of dissatisfaction. The overall atmosphere was dismal, and it was evident that the employees were unhappy.

First and foremost, the staff seemed disengaged and disinterested in their work. It was clear that they lacked motivation, and their lackluster attitude reflected in their service. I encountered several instances where I had to wait excessively long for assistance, and when I finally did receive attention, the employees appeared irritated and unhelpful.

Furthermore, the physical conditions of the place were far from satisfactory. The workspace had an unkempt appearance, with a general lack of cleanliness. It was apparent that the management did not prioritize maintaining a conducive environment for productivity and employee well-being.

As a visitor, I couldn't help but feel the negative energy that permeated throughout the place. There was an evident lack of teamwork and camaraderie among the employees, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. It is unimaginable to me how anyone could find job satisfaction in such a toxic work environment.

Overall, my experience at this establishment was profoundly disappointing. Quite possibly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. The people at the register did not even bother to change the sign to the breakfast menu. I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit meal, and they charged me for the maple bacon meal. When I told them it was wrong, they told me it was the same price (it was not). I asked for it to be changed (the food was not served yet), and she told me she could just remove the bacon, but why couldn't they just change the sandwich out to the one that I wanted in the first place? I took the sandwich as is, with the bacon, which was black and overcooked. The fried chicken patty was oily and soggy. This made me question how old the food was, and it felt as if it was sitting around for a while. Been to this one twice and twice now the take out orders have been made wrong. A simple single with ketchup and lettuce, no cheese, no onions, no pickles. Both times they packed up a single with all the toppings. The fries have been old both times. Frosty's were good but it's hard to mess those up. Overall for the lazy staff not bothering to even try to make the order correctly I would say to avoid this place unless you don't care what you get.

4/25/20 Another screwed up order. First off, 5.39 for a single is a rip-off since that burger is the same size as the $1 burger at burger king. Next, I ordered a plain cheeseburger- got a plain hamburger w/nothing at all. Second burger ketchup only- got plain hamburger, nothing on it at all. Third was burger with mayo and onions-got that with cheese added. All 3 burger patties overcooked. How hard is it to make a hamburger? Apparently too hard for these...
