Dinner items have gotten way overpriced firstly.

Secondly, the eggplant parmigiana I ordered was delivered almost cold and had no flavor at all. The eggplant wasn’t even seasoned; not even salt!!

Very disappointed in the lack of effort made to prepare this dish. The eggplant itself is completely bland!!

Not only that I was told that they would deliver a new order and pick up the old one. After 1.5 hours, NOBODY CAME! Then, another guy told me that NOBODY WAS GOING TO DELIVER A FRESH ORDER! WTH!

This is horrible customer service and I was either lied to or misinformed...who knows.

i would never go here again. they screwed up my order / overcharged me. when i complained they started having a discussion amongst themselves about how i was wrong as if i wasn’t standing there. when i protested further the owner - who was sitting down got up - stormed to the front, and told me to get out of the store - making a big scene. he said i was a “bad guy”. never been thrown out an establishment in my life - notwithstanding actually being in the right. anyway would never ever go here. absolutely atrocious way to treat a customer. would advise you against this place as well. never actually written an online review but had to in...

I have been dining here over the course of 14 years.. and have always enjoyed the friendly staff and the lovely food.. it’s been some time since we have been there and we’re so disappointed by the rude man at the counter.. He is awful! I saw a few other people commented about this person as well. That is not surprising-but what is surprising is that the owner still allows him to work there when there are so many great Italian places also within the area… The waitstaff are great; but this guy has zero customer service… he was rude to me and rude to my family.. and not even kinda rude.. we felt uncomfortable..
