Delivered flowers on the wrong day. They had nothing to say but, oops the flowers came with today's delivery box so we delivered.

Will use someone else if they can't read delivery dates. There's dozens of places to get flowers.

Update: the owner did call me and refund me $50 for a $100+ order. This was better than the woman that I initially called, she said they would take back the flowers, hold onto them and then deliver them the right day which made zero...

Just called and got HORRIBLE customer service. I’m hard of hearing and struggled to understand what the lady was saying and she was terribly rude about it. Kept giving me attitude when she had to restate herself. I was just trying to get a simple bouquet flowers delivered to a friend and she gave horrible attitude. Went in on a whim and Danna made me a gorgeous bouquet in minutes! Best of all, it was so reasonably priced! I loved talking about what flowers would go well together and my wife was thrilled with the result. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes in downtown Harrison, but this spot is worth a visit!
