McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Albion

I’m only giving this McDonald’s a 1 star because I can’t go any lower. I went through the drive thru tonight with my friend. I ordered her meal first and then waited for the guy to catch up.. he then told me my total without me ordering for myself yet.. so I said that I wasn’t done.. he proceeded to tell me multiple times that I told him I didn’t want anything else which did not happen.. I tried to then order my meal and he told me that there were 5 other cars in front of me and that I was not able to do so. I told him that I didn’t understand what he was trying to say because I wanted it all together but because he already finished that transaction I’m assuming he didn’t want to go back and fix his mistake. He kept trying to argue with me so finally I was fed up and was not going to argue and I left. As I was driving around the building to exit the parking lot I notice him walking towards the door to come outside. Every time I come to this McDonald’s at night it’s the same guy every single time and he is extremely rude and acts like I’m a nuisance. I will NOT be returning...

If I could give negative starts I would. Went to this location after placing a mobile order. Got to the location waited for the gentleman in front of me to order. Got to the window and they were very quick to shove a bag and a drink in my face. When I realized it was the wrong stuff I slammed on the breaks and waited for the girl working the window to realize I was still there. When she noticed she opened the window and gave me unnecessary attitude as if it was my fault I got the wrong order. While I was waiting for my order i witnessed another employee playing with her hair and then turn around and touch other peoples orders. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location but this time I’m fed up. When the snack wraps were still available they served me a moldy wrap. The fries are always cold soggy and unsalted the buns for any burger or chicken sandwich is hard as a rock and the food hardly ever has flavor. Their breakfast is the only good part of this...

Hard bun cheese not melted cold burger. Fries were ok. Special order incorrect accuracy of order always an issue. Decided to go back for 2 for 5. 8 months later on 1/9/19 I got 2 big macs horrible hard buns not even made right very little,mac sauce hardly any lettice and meat was dry and been sitting there totally discusted with albion location. Obviously by pist I'm reading it will never change I'll go down the street to burger king pay the extra dollar and get fresh hot food made. My way right away. 5/16/19 Well here is newest review got 2 10 piece nuggets they were old hard as hell on outside gummy on inside ordered a small fry at a high price in my opinion at 1.99 got bottom of bag and they were very old and stale tasting. Only good thing I got was a cold diet coke. Just a note tho I only went there again because my kid wanted mcdonalds. Still rather go down the street I know I'm getting...
