Burton Tavern — Restaurant in Town of Allegany

My first visit to this local tavern & eatery. The pub staff person,Zach is a great guy that I've had the pleasure of knowing for years so he gave me a bit of the back ground on the building. A favorite beer, Blueberry, was on tap and cold. All that it was missing was a handful of fresh blueberries to sit on the small head of foam when served! Let's talk about the renowned Burton Burger however...😱🤗It was EVERYTHING that I was told that it was! Amazing! I opted for the Swiss & Mushroom burger! It was served to my satisfaction which is NOT OVERCOOKED and it tasted great! It was huge, flavorful and quite juicy. The sign of a great burger! It was coupled with a huge basket of curly fries that I couldn't finish. The crowd was small for a Monday evening but that was nice too.
