Fusion on Main — Restaurant in Town of Allegany

Amazing. Wonderful. Just great. I took my lovely wife in for a dinner date. We immediately liked the environment as we walked in. We sat at the bar and the owner Aaron was serving us. He asked questions, recommended certain plates, explained their dishes, drinks and just general conversations. He was extreamly friendly and help create an amazing atmosphere. We were introduced to his wife Mary to which she was a delight.

Their were so many delightful choices which I decided on the jalapeno burger, she settled on the American burger. Let me say I've been all over the world over seas, east, coast west coast. This was a really tasty burger, the presentation was great looking on the plate, the bun was perfect to our taste and that sauce was just amazing.

I was honestly blown away by how nice this establishment was. It was aesthetically pleasing, and i couldn't believe how clean everything was. This ranks as one of the top places for atmosphere as well as food quality that I have been to. Menu choices were incredibly diverse and unique, and we were given a very well prepared tour of the menu prior to ordering. I was so impressed with the quality of my meal that I actually ordered 4 more entrees to take home to share with people. I did not have a single item fall short in my expectations. The quality was fantastic, and the flavor profile of every dish I tried was top-notch. We will, without a doubt, make many more road trips...

Fusion is one of our favorite places to eat in Olean/Allegany or anywhere! It was the obvious choice for our wedding caterer. Aaron and Mary were so helpful in the planning process and made our ideal menu a reality. It was a very low stress process leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. They were so considerate of my allergies and guest allergies. They accommodated our no frills, state park venue. They made a beautiful presentation and the food was delicious as always.
