Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

i arrived at burger king to get my food, and the doors were locked even though i was able to order for in store pickup. so i went to the drive thru and sat by the speaker for about 5 minutes without any employee interaction. tried speaking into the speaker and still nothing. after realizing they were ignoring me, i pulled around to the window where I had to knock to get someone to come talk to me. This obese lady comes over to the window and before she opened it, she had to remove the bars that lock it. At this point, it was about 10:50 and they didn’t close for 10 more minutes. The lady was super rude to me and made the whole experience 10 times worse than it already was. Because of this experience, i don’t want to ever return to burger king. On top of everything, they forgot the extra mayo i had ordered and the food tasted like it had been sitting out for the last hour. if i could give the restaurant zero...

Walked in and walked right out. One of the employees (tall, dark haired girl wearing grey shirt) was screaming "OUT OF THE WAY!" at another (striped shirt) behind the counter. Only three people in line ahead of me and it didn't seem to be a "rush" time. She then threw all the customer's food into bags a slammed the bags onto the tray as she let out an "uggghhh!" when she turned her back. I wasn't dealing with that. I didn't want my head ripped off by inconveniencing her with my order and didn't want to see her humiliate another employee again. Terrible. I hope the grey shirt doesn't indicate management. We went through the drive thru and ordered their new chicken tenders. We got to the window and we saw that they had gotten the order wrong, but before I could tell them about the mishap he had already noticed it. Since our order had to be redone we were asked to park and wait. We were not upset and when the very same person brought out our food. Since we had to wait he gave us an order of fries for free. So I'm very impressed with the wonderful attitude of this person. I'm not promoting they give free food, we had only ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders, he felt bad for us. So yes even BK can...
