Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

I met the rudest man I’ve ever met at Jersey Mike a few days ago, turned out he was the owner. We drive from Canada to Jersey Mike at least 5 times since they opened. Last week we drove over the boarder to JM placed order and dined in a big kahuna and assorted with sub sauce on the side to take home. Ready to leave, I ask a the counter if the sauce had been forgotten it wasn’t in the paper bag. The man behind the counter Started ranting about”I’m not dealing with this again”. I asked him if I could talk the young lady that made my sub and I pointed to her.He yelled”Don’t be pointing at his employees “ “oh what do you want your money back” No I wanted the sub sauce. I said to him that we drive from Canada forJM subs. He told me that I should go back to Canada. Just to let you who your dealing with. Next day opened cold sub there was no sauce on it. As a advent Jersey mikes customer I would have to say I am truly blown beyond expectation with my meal here. Upon walking in I was greeting by multiple polite workers, followed up by a incredibly to the books by protocol sandwich making process done in brisk time. That was only the start of my journey here. When I laid my mouth on my just perfectly crafted Chipotle chicken I was truly amazed. It was like a blind man seeing for the first time, a deaf person hearing the sweet song of a early morning humming bird for the first time, the joy of holding your newborn for the first time and much more. The flavor that this masterpiece had was beyond god's desired feelings made for man. I could not recommend this very specific location in Amherst more if I tried. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to after my visit to Jersey Mike’s. From the second I walked in, the energy was on point! The staff was upbeat, super friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there—which made the whole experience even better. You don’t always get that kind of vibe at a sandwich shop!

Now let’s talk about the #9 Club Supreme… WOW. That sub is on another level. The roast beef, turkey, bacon, melted provolone—all stacked high and made fresh right in front of me. I got it Mike’s Way (obviously), and the combo of flavors with the juice, lettuce, tomato, and onions? Chef’s kiss. Every bite was loaded with flavor, and the bread was perfectly soft with a slight crunch—just how I like it.
