Jim's SteakOut — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

How do you guys always manage to give me the wrong sub? Is it like on going Jim's joke? I order a sub as is from the menu and another just steak and cheese but nahh not likely.. Im given some other random sub off the menu. It's like you guys take my order and spin a Jim's wheel of subs and pick what ever it lands on. I feel like if I call and order you're pretending to write down what I'm saying while you doggie filter snap chat #atwork #fingupphilsubs #fhisdinner.. I never write reviews. In fact, I'm certain this is the only time in my life I've ever felt it's important enough to do so. I guess its the only thing you can do when you live a half hour away and trust Jim's employees enough that you don't open your sub and check before driving home to disappointment. Literally waited 20 minutes for a taco and Fry when no one else is even in the dining room. Four people working and the star was absolutely filthy hasn't look like they wipe down the counter or the drink machine in weeks literally sticky dust all over the counter. They're frozen icing machine was in pieces on the counter and really look like it hadn't been cleaned maybe ever bathrooms are disgusting. Staff seem more enthralled with their conversation and actually making the food sign on the door made me laugh the most saying national Labor shortage be patient yet there were four people on the clock working and they couldn't keep up with one order don't seem like a shortage to me.
