I went to your Amherst location today to buy some large dough balls and was told the last person that sold them to me got introuble and they are not allowed to sell it. I would like to mention there wasn't even 1 customer in your establishment. I left pretty frustrated because I really like your pizza dough and have to make some calzones for a party. I make my own dough, but it's not the same. I got in my car and drove over to Francos pizza, and there were a ton of customers. I was given a smile and told I could buy their pizza dough anytime. Mr Pizza lost a customer today. Francos gained one. I have been told that nearly every other pizzeria in Buffalo sells their dough. Apparently, you guys are too good and don't need the business. I hope you will change this because it's a silly thing to lose a customer over. You have a product I want and I'm willing to pay a fair price for it. I hope the great employee who sold me dough the last 2 times didn't really get in trouble like I was told today. She made me the happiest customer. Whoever made the rule to not give the customer what they want should be fired. You guys should be flattered that I came to your establishment just for your dough. It's OK, Francos is...
Read moreMy husband an I grew on the Westside of Buffalo where Mr. Pizza originated. When we moved out to the town of Tonawanda we had a tough time finding a pie as good as Mr pizza elmwood. We loved when they had the location on NF Blvd it was just as just like we use to get until it closed. We we're very happy when the newest location opened and at first it was just like the food from Mr pizza elmwood. But they've gone downhill fast. Our last 3 orders were awful no where near the quality or taste of Elmwood. Our latest order on Friday the 22nd we ordered a medium cheese with pepperoni and half mushroom pie. The crust was more like what you get from domino's, and tasted like a cracker until it got cold then it was like cardboard it had hardly any pepperoni. Dont get me started on what they call a calzone at this locstion!!! Not sure we'll be ordering again from this location anytime soon. They need to bring Phil from the Elmwood location who use to manage the blvd location to show them how to...
Read moreTried this place yesterday for the first (and last) time. $75 for a medium pizza, 20 wings and an antipasto salad. The pizza was dry due to the minimal amount of sauce they use. The wings were extra crispy on the outside like I ordered but a few didn’t look fully cooked on the inside. For the wings I ordered 10 medium and 10 mild. I like my wings hot and spicy but ordered this way for others to enjoy. The mediums were more on the hot side and it’s obvious they use tobasco versus other flavorful hot sauces. The mediums left a burning sensation after eating them. Very disappointed with the food from here after reading their website claiming to be one of the best pizzas in Buffalo. Would I recommend this place to anyone? Never in a...
