A SPOT of delight in an otherwise dreary world. Having lived in both Rochester and Buffalo years ago, I have a strong fondness for all things Spot. My college years in Rochester wouldn’t have been as memorable without my innumerable visits to their original location on East Avenue. My subsequent years in Buffalo saw their expansion westward and I was delighted to see that, while back in Buffalo on business recently, this location has just opened up while I happen to be working nearby. I credit Spot with having wonderful variety, consistency and quality in their food offerings, but am slightly disappointed with the lack of variety in coffee. Conversely, my local coffee roaster/cafĂ© “just down the road” in Syracuse regularly has five or six different coffees available at any given time (both blend and single origin), but lacks the variety of food offerings in comparison to Spot. I suppose it can be difficult to have one establishment do both very well. That being said, however, I would LOVE to see Spot expand eastward into Syracuse. Even with the success and expansion of the aforementioned cafĂ©, not to mention big brother from Seattle, there is certainly room in that market for a strong and well established competitor. A city can never have too many good...

I have been going to this place on my lunch break because of the quality and taste of their food though price is but too much. I have ordering this protein shake from this the past few days and I been loving it so far. Today I ordered the same protein shake on the phone she told they were closing in 30 minutes and that they were cleaning up to close the store I asked her if she was still able to make the shake she said yes so I explained to her how I wanted it made and they still messed it up it I don’t know if she was rushing and that’s why she messed it up and did not put the right ingredients. It tasted disgusting had a weird texture to it is very nasty had to throw it away after couple of sips It breaks my heart to throw out a $10 drink before I throw up đŸ€ą I am very disappointed at this visit and now I’m rethinking if I ever wanna go back to experience this kinda situations again when it’s so expensive. Also on Thor menu board it says the drink cost $7 something so idk why they charge me $10 some of the employees are...

Terrible customer service. Placed an online order but got there a couple minutes after it was placed, expecting to wait. They were out of the alt milk I ordered and instead of calling the name out, they called the cell phone number listed and it wasn't my phone and the person who placed the order didnt mention it. I waited for 25 minutes because I didn't want to be impatient and rude. I went up to the counter to follow up and she mentioned how they had called. Why not do both and just call out the name too? I can't be the first person who was waiting while someone else ordered it. Anyway, she dropped the milk I chose into the cups (presumably into dead shots that had sat there for 20 minutes) and put them in a carrier without a word. No apology for the miscommunication, no "have a good day". So I told her to have a great day and left. Customer...

Came in today for an early afternoon coffee with my daughter. The menu has a lot of good options for food and drinks as well such as blender drinks, breakfasts, paninis, pizza, and salads. There was a lot of seating available today. In the Summer when we sat outside on the patio, it was hopping! I appreciated the cleanliness and just felt so relaxed and luxurious in this one-stop on my birthday of doing whatever I want today. Ahhhhhh...

One of the best cafe in WNY. From the moment entered into the place experienced beautiful artworks of Buffalo,NY. Variety of options for vegetarians and price friendly. Ambiance - 5/5 Music played - Mostly New York Jazz Taste of food - 4/5 Menu - 3/5 - accuracy of the menu is poor. Pizzas were mentioned but not served at this location
