Went to the Tim at SU, They didn’t call the order number or name of the order when it’s ready and just hand it to someone else without asking. I was waiting there for 10 minutes after the person took my order and when the person brought my food back and said it was the wrong order they just gave the food that someone already touch and took a bite out of to me I want to ask if they can remake it but they keep looking at me like I was the problem even though they are the one who hand the wrong order to someone else. so I just throw the food out and wasted 10 dollars and that is just nasty and it was around 9am on a Saturday so its...

Ordered for a matcha latte but they gave me a chai latte. Told them about this, they did give the matcha drink but when I asked about the price difference where the chai latte costs more, they said they both cost the same in order to not return any money back to me though matcha drink was of lesser price. So always confirm your order with them else they will give you a drink of higher price and fool you! Overall I don’t recommend this place as there was not much matcha added...

They need a manager on duty at all times , especially if they are gonna have kids that are new by them selves. I have came here plenty of times and just recently they haven’t really been getting anything right.
