ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I am not sure who is the manager of this place and what sort of training program they have in place but it isn't working. I went in to get my daughter a kids meal and it was an absolute train wreck. I went up to the register that a customer just walked away from so that I could order food. The employee stared at his register and didn't look up once for over 2 minutes while a line behind me forms. He never spoke to me until I finally said hello and asked if the register was broken or something. He replied with "naw". So I asked if I could order and he replied "go". Ignorance at its highest level. I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets, apple slices and a frosty. The menu said $5.69. He rang the order up and said my total was $9.35. I started to swipe my card and I stopped and questioned how it got that high. He looked at the screen and mumbled apple slices. I told him they come with the meal. He canceled it and hit more buttons. He said to me "we good now. $8.20". I again question what cost almost $3 above the menu price and he mumbled "apple slices". I was so frustrated with this. I said just give me a 4 piece nugget and a junior frosty for free since I had the key tag and showed him 3 times. He rerang it and said "$3.59". I paid and realized he charged me $1 for the frosty which at this point wasn't worth the fight anymore for clarifying. The guys handing the food out were no better and had all the orders confused. I had to show them my receipt so they could then start making the order. I mean honestly. Nobody was apologetic or felt bad. Nobody acknowledged any customers and treated everyone like they were a bother. I go here 2-3 times a week and despite remodeling the dining room and such, the service is at an all time low. 1000% done with this place. Went yesterday to pick up food and as soon as I entered the manager (African American with beard) yells at me that I don't care if you have put a delivery order. I don't work for delivery apps. Your food can take forever. He is the most disgusting person I have seen at any fast food restaurant. I do not understand how this Wendy's is still in business. They are the rudest people ever!! This store either needs a new team who care about their customers and are respectful and courteous or it should be shut down immediately. They are the most disrespectful nastiest people ever!!! The African girl who gave me the food threw the food at me. The store wasn't even busy and it took them 25mins to make my food (only a sandwich fries and potato) ill be calling the corporate and reporting their rudest most disrespectful attitude specially that African American which I believe is the manager. What a huge disappointment and Wendy's is one of my favourite fast food restaurants but I'll not be going back there. Avoid at any cost unless u wanna be yelled at and insulted. I wish I could give this Wendy's 0 star. Will be calling corporate on Tuesday. Read moreThis Wendy's always messes up the order! I was supposed to get my next meal free because the time before I asked them to not put Bleu cheese on my salad because I'm allergic. I called after I got home and the salad was covered in Bleu cheese. I couldn't eat it and his had to throw it away. I called the store and they took my name and said my next visit would be a free salad combo plus an additional item for my trouble. I sent my daughter with my card to get dinner tonight and told her to give them my name. I ordered the apple salad meal no Bleu cheese, and I only expected to pay for my daughter's meal. When she got to the window they gave her some story that they didn't have receipt paper so they couldn't give her a receipt. After looking at my bank account the total was over $30. So that means nothing was free and they still owe me! This store ALWAYS gets something wrong, but I go there because it's very close to my house. They need to make this right or I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank. VERY VERY SORRY LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE!
