I am a home-brewer from Michigan, when time allows me to brew a batch. I enjoy checking out local breweries in the areas where I’m working each week. When I visit I breweries in my work travels I am pretty particular and observant. Hands down in all my travels this is the best brewery I have ever been to. You can tell they don’t cheep out on any ingredients. One of my favorite that I tried was the “Logosenberry” a german sour aka a gose, which I’ve tried hundreds of but never tasted anything as well-balanced between the sour and sweet as this beer. Read moreSo excited that Arcade finally has a microbrewery! Beer was fantastic! I did a flight of 6 and liked them all. The Hearsay Hazy IPA was probably my favorite. Sidebar Stout with chocolate, hazelnut and praline was also noteworthy. Catt Creek Cream ale was also very tasty, definitely a little more character than a typical cream ale. Given they have only been open for a week, the beers were very polished. Nothing seemed contrived or like it was not well crafted or half- thought out. I’ll be back...
Read moreI ordered a flight of 6, lightest [IPA] to darkest [Stout/ Porter], and all of them were great. I especially loved the "Shoot Me Now" Porter. It tastes like a Reese's peanut butter cup. Yea, it's that good! The knotty pine interior reminds me of another microbrewery in Warsaw, NY.
