These guys don't know what they're doing when it comes to battery diagnostics! My battery light was on and I charged it over night to to try to get to work. I chickened out and went to AutoZone suspecting my alternator was bad. The counter person/tech checked my battery and said my battery was dead, even though I asked him to make sure. Nope he said, battery. So I paid $150+ for the battery that he installed (so the core charge could be deducted).
After I helped him install the battery, he checked again because my battery light was still on! As I suspected, the alternator was not charging!!! I asked if I could return the battery and buy an alternator. No, I could not return the battery because it had already been installed. So I took my car to a reputable repair shop and paid over $400 to replace the alternator on top of the $155 I paid for a battery that I didn't need. I won't buy a car freshener from these...

Now how is anyone supposed to shop at a online store such as this when they don't understand V belts from serpentine belts? Does frustrating enter ones mind. Enough is enough! Read moreHad a mix up on the price and type of oil filter I bought and I called and explained the situation to the sales manager who assured me that he would fix the issue. Went to the store and spoke with the manager he refunded my money and exchanged the filter without hesitation. Although I received the wrong things to begin with the manager fixing the issue with no problems makes me confident that I will be back for the next time I need to change my oil and I will definitely recommend them...
