I cannot express enough how amazingly caring and understanding these people were. They access my accounts they help me figure out what was going wrong and save me about $100 a month that my bill was charging me because of the ignorance at cellular sales in Yorkshire. The man I worked with a pretty sure was James he was so caring and understanding. I walked into the store and was there for three hours going through my bills and trying to understand where there was mistakes made. They were able to find mistakes find add-ons and find other phone lines that I had lost because that the other company in Yorkshire took off my account without my authorization. I am so impressed by the customer care service that they gave me that I will be back and I will buy a new iPad Pro from them this week I cannot express how amazing these people were. Read moreStopped into today as I was in town on business and my screen went blank except for a button in the corner. And I was still receiving text, as they also came to my watch. The girl there was less than enthusiastic, looked at it and asked if it was charged. I said yes, explained I was still getting text to my watch, but she plugged it in anyway, shrugged and said the screen was dead. But for $99 dollars they would get me a new one. But I needed the code for the account, which I didn't have and couldn't get because the screen was not responsive. So I left and drove back to Buffalo, did some quick, basic trouble shooting and my phone is fine!! I didn't need it replaced!! Glad I don't have to deal with that as my store. Maybe teach employees some basic Google search skills so they can troubleshoot, it would go a long way to improve...
Read moreOn 06-16-2026 I visited the Arcade location and upgraded my Verizon 6GB shared plan to -2- new My Ultimate Plus Plans and traded in my two very old cell phones for -2 new Galaxy S25's. The Russell Representative (Jared) who took care of me was terrific, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient, a true professional. He set both phones up for me and transferred the phone numbers, all the information and applications from the old ones to the new phones and made sure everything worked properly, even working through an activation problem on the 2nd phone with both Verizon and Russell technical support people. He explained my new plans, expected billing changes, phones and features. I left and am a very Happy Customer of Russell Cellular and highly recommend the Arcade...
