Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Arcade

This has been a non going for the pass year. Going threw the drive threw when I ordered they rushed me and put up my order on the screen and I wasn't finished they don't even pull up my order then told me just to come to the window which I have no clue how much it was. So last night was my last straw. I went threw the drive threw at 8:30 pm. I only ordered one drink. Large coffee 3 cream 2 sugar with caramel. Went up to pay. As soon as I was driving away I tasted the coffee drink. There was no sugar or no caramel and the coffee tasted burnt. So I went back threw the drive threw. Told the boy that answer and told him that it was wrong. He said to pull up. As I pulled up he open the window and yelled that he put the caramel in. As he closed the window there was a girl in there I believe her name is (McKenzie) she was swearing and cussing loud enough threw the closed window about me. This is so horrible and this isn't the first time this happened. She is very rude to customers. So when I got my drink it was so sugary was unbearable to even drink it. So this isn't the first time I had bad customer service from her. I had alot of drinks that needed to be made and what an horrible attitude!! Seriously this is horrible. They need better people that have better customer service. Sardinia Tim's are so much better as for customer service. They need to do something about this girl!! Just uncalled for! Not even one star...

To Maria, I am told you are the supervisor of the TH. This was my first time at this TH in Arcade and unfortunately I had a bad experience. We ordered a chipotle steak wrap and avocado toast. We waited 16 minutes watching the staff taking drive thru orders with no interest in us. So when I finally asked about the order I was told they "forgot" (okay, that was forgivable). One girl puts together the two items in about a minute.. Unfortunately the wrap had one piece of meat with lettuce, sauce and no warmth (mostly just a cold tortilla which didn't taste good at all). I ate it but not happily. The avocado toast my husband ordered was not toasted. I then asked for the staffs attention again (a different person who made the meal); this time the staff was rude and reemphasize that it wasn't her fault, she wasn't involved in my original order, and they had been busy (really?). These are just excuses but really no apologies. At least, she did acknowledge that the bread was not toasted and offered to make a new one. By this time, I was over it so I asked for my money back on just the avocado toast. This was just...

I want to say how disappointed i am with this tim hortons location. it seems that everytime i come to this location it seems to be nothing but a bad experience. starting with receiving a bad attitude from one of the girls in the drive thru while placing my order. when i arrived at the window attitude from the workers was given once again. i did all i could to try and brush it off but since it kept continuing i feel i need to write this review. i oder the same thing everytime i come here which is a chicken chipotle wrap with extra chipotle sauce on the side and a medium mocha iced coffee double double. and everytime i place my orders it seems the same thing happens everytime. i get attitude and then my food order is never correct. i would like to say i have respect for the workers during busy situations and understand how stressful that can be because i do work in food service myself. the only thing is that there were 2 cars in the drive thru while i was there. but i can say i no longer will be returning to...
