if there was a way to give negeative stars to a place this store would deserve that on many levels. i have now twice been accused of being a thief and a liar by certain employees of this store. when both times my reciepts and the cameras would absolutely show who it was that had told the truth in both situations. funny that i have never been allowed to view that footage. not even when they took me to court. on the flip side as with anywhere i have found that most of the lower level employees are very pleasent and helpful. it is the few who feel they have some kind of power that think they are better than the public they serve. my advice to all is simply to ALWAY ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS!!!! I for one know first hand that when it comes down to it they are going to say whatever they choose and unless u have the means to fight tops as a whole.. u like me.. WILL ALWAYS...

So apparently Tops can't return items. My friend bought some extra stuff for memorial day. Now they're saying due to Covid -19 they can't accept returns. These people must of ate a lot of lead paint toys as kids. Their policy is in little ink on the bottom of a receipt. I mean come on... They have no problem accepting money, full of plenty of transmitted germs! And I see very few cashiers wearing gloves. And after the cashier grabs your dirty money. She grabs your groceries to bag them. And it's not like they put most returns back on the shelves anyways! I wouldn't be so upset about this. If their policies were more noticable. I guarantee money is easier to catch germs then...

There is a huge sign at BOTH entrances to the store telling shoppers that masks are REQUIRED inside the store. But it's apparently just a suggestion, as there were many people shopping with no mask on. Even some of the cashiers had their masks pulled down. I have cancer, so I couldn't wait to get out of there. I just wish there was ANYBODY there to enforce the mask requirement. We will never be done with this pandemic because of selfish, rude people who think it's funny to be that way. We went to another store.....big difference. Everyone had masks on AND over their noses. I guess we'll shop...
