Kaitlyn Ruffalo was awesome to work with ~ she was attentive to our likes/dislikes and was able to narrow our search quickly and efficiently. She went above and beyond to order samples of various finishes to find the perfect match for our kitchen pendants and dining room fixture to ensure a cohesive look. We used the website wish list to survey many options before even going to the showroom which Kaitlyn reviewed prior to our showroom appointment. She was professional, personable, and an expert with design and ideas. The small, family operated showroom is worth the short trip to Newark, filled with many updated and beautiful fixtures.
