Bagel & Deli Creations — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

First off, there food is amazing and that’s why I put up with a lot of there issues/negatives. Every time I call for a delivery there’s an issue and this last time wasn't any different. Waited on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back and the lady tried to put me on hold again and I said” I was just on hold for 10 minutes can I please just make my delivery order because it will take a minute. She asked for my address and I spelled it out 5 times and put me on hold for another 3 minutes to put in google and she got back and said” I can’t find your address” I replied” you Guys delivered here a lot in the past” I told her my address a few more times and I got angry and said “ this is getting ridiculous “ and she tried to turn it on me and said “ well your going to have to wait 45-1 hour then” trying-to change my mind for the delivery and I said “ yes it’s fine” . Well she couldn’t find my address and told me to come into the store or order online( I only had cash) . Very upset and angry. Even when I go in person, they don’t listen to what the customer says because it’s happened to me and seen happen to other people. There food Is fresh and delicious and I tend to keep going back burn afterthis incident I’m not so...

They charge $8 for egg salad on a croissant with a pinch of salt. No coffee included. But you can choose a complimentary side (not of your own choice as before but now just between a potato or macaroni salad). With the small coffee, you're breaking a $10 bill with this kind of sandwich. The place is kept clean and the staff is professional, so even though their prices are too high for the value of what you're getting, it does have us returning, though not as often as we used to, unless we plan on spending a certain amount of money.

Update: Had to take a star off. We ordered an egg salad sandwich recently and some tuna salad sandwiches. It's a hit or miss now because sometimes the tuna or egg salad tastes sour or spoiled. We gave it a few more chances, and some mornings they would taste great as we're used to, but other mornings, they just tasted better, stale and old. We usually drive off right after we order, so by the time we open the bag to eat our sandwiches, we are already miles away and are left to order something elsewhere. You would expect the quality for the price you pay, but it falls way below expectations....

UPDATE: My job keeps ordering from there. I should've learned. I ordered 1/4lb of salami which came with a nice chunk of corned beef in the package. I ordered 1/4lb of pepperoni which still had the wrapping on in that I had to peel off each piece. Finally I ordered 1/2lb fresh mozzarella which had pink dye all over it. How they can serve these things to people is beyond me.

Their food is good, but their service is not great. The woman who handles phone calls for deliveries snapped at me and left me sit on hold after I called back 25 minutes after placing my order so I could get a total. The only reason I need a total is to prevent the driver from getting stuck at our facility while we gather the money. I worked in the deli business for 10 years prior to this; and I have never experienced someone this nasty, nor never found the reason to be that snippy myself.
