drive thru person is the only reason I gave extra star they are always courteous been here multiple times I live very close and today I’ve made up my mind I’m never returning you go inside the store just to get completely ignored and there’s a lack of care for food prep where they just throw bags and items around like trash I regret eating the items i wanted to ask for a refund but already paid so I just left the staff is overworked & understaffed do not care atmosphere 30 bucks down the drain dunkin is better. But again you always get good service from the male drive thru workers! ( one who is possibly Hispanic tan skin and another who is on the lighter side very young looking possibly Caucasian tall thin with black long hair) So shout out to them. The women...

First we had to wait about 20 minutes on the drive-thru line which is common now at Starbucks, then when we got to the window the barista told us they were out of nitro cold brew which I ordered over the speaker. They already made a regular iced coffee instead of the nitro and gave it to us, which I hesitantly accepted. Now I checked my receipt and realized they still charged for a nitro, which is about double the price of a regular iced coffee. They could have at least adjusted the price appropriately when deciding on their own to give us something we didn’t order. At this point I rarely go to Starbucks because of the long waits and 50% of the time being out of the nitro cold brew, this latest visit...

I was disappointed at the customer service. There is a female there, maybe the manager, no one really spoke but her. She was very rude and defensive. I asked a question because I received an update, order was ready for pick up inside. I went inside and waited about 10 minutes. Then I said, "Excuse me, I had received a message my order was ready but it's not here. Showing my phone and asked is it being made now?" She practically ripped my head off. Said, We are handling cold drinks first then we'll get to yours. Your just going to have to wait. I posted pic with arrow showing who I am talking about.
